I was broken into in 3 tiimes in 4 days need to rekey locks. Called this number form google search. Got a quote of $50 service charge and started out at $19 per lock but then the technician restated ammount as $40 per lock. I said thank you but that is too much to rekey the lock. Called 3 different local lock smiths all could do it same day average charge was $20 to $25 dollars per lock. Plus ervice charge of between $50 to $75. I feel I was being taklen advantaged of due to my problems being a recent victim. Just wanted to share the information. read more

This place is honestly the worst. My friend locked his keys in his car, we were told they would get back to us within minutes but we kept having to call to see if they were actually going to come out. After 2 hours, someone finally says they're going to come out.. and when they get to my place they charge my friend $300 for "liability reasons". Of course he objected, and the guy goes "what you didn't ask about prices?" That's how they get you, I'm reading other reviews where they quote one thing and then charge another. Horrible service, the place is a scam, once they get their money they don't give a sh** about you. My friend kept having to call after only for the girl receptionist to tell us that he was charged appropriately. You're better off calling triple A and getting a membership it'll probably be cheaper. Worst service I've ever experienced. I had a house call made because I was locked out of my apartment. Gentleman came out took 15 minutes longer than his already 25-30minute estimate time and then tried about 30 seconds on my lock and told me it couldn't be opened because it was too loose. Now grant it, it's not his fault that that door is apparently loose and he can't open it but a $55 charge for doing nothing is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH! SCAM! GREEDY! I called ahead of time and they advised a locksmith will be there in 25 mins and the estimated cost for a residence lockout would be $35 + $15 service fee. Not only did the technician arrive 40 mins late, but he was incredibly rude and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He had his AirPods in and was on a phone call literally the entire time. When he got to my front door he looked at it briefly and decided due to the type of lock, it would cost $260 to get in. He warned that if it's not possible to pick the lock normally, then he would have to drill through it and the cost would be much higher. Obviously this was just a sales tactic to prepare me for a high fee, so I wouldn't be sticker shocked when he presented me with the $260 "lower" rate. After about 15 seconds of picking the lock, it opened and right away he demanded my ID and credit card. This business seems super shady because the invoice afterward didn't even have the company's name, address, or phone number on it! Just a generic hand written invoice. At this point, he was STILL on his AirPods on the phone with someone else. Appalled by this overall experience, I called the main office back to discuss what happened. She said the prices they initially quote over the phone are the starting rates. It's up to the technicians discretion when they evaluate the lock, what the charge will be. I asked for a policy or checklist on how they evaluate the complexity of a lock, because if he was able to get in in less than 30 seconds, I would think that would be considered a fairly simply and straightforward lock. It's obvious this company is a scam and ripping off all of their customers. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to help you if you need a locksmith. I'm never one to leave Yelp reviews (this is my first one ever) because if I have a bad experience I usually just make a mental note to never use the service again. But this experience was so horrible, I hope to warn as many people as possible before they get price gouged by this greedy company. read more

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked with. Not only did they quote me $19 to change one lock, but when they got there and we added two more locks, they ended up charging me $471 without even giving me an invoice. I immediately called and spoke to Amber and asked for an explanation she said she'd get right back to me and didn't.
