The only other Rue 21 that I've been in is the one in the now closed Woodstock location off of highway 92. I've always thought they were a cross between a forever 21 and a H&M. The following day I received an email "order was picked up". And I never got a refund. I had to once again call. I have a hunch employees often mark items as "picked up" when they have been there too long. And help themselves. Everything about this experience was dirty.

When I saw that they already had 5 stars it really piqued my interest. Going to their establishment, now I understand why. When I first called, I received a male (I think it may have been Mr. Harris himself) on the line. He was courteous, professional and seemed genuinely excited about me choosing his establishment to get my ring resized. I arrived a couple of days later to Bradley's. The place was clean, quaint and had a assortment of beautiful handmade jewelry for sale. The reception that I received from Monique was great! She was friendly, personable and had a strong love for jewelry which made me feel like I was in the right spot. The only snafu that I had was the first time I got my ring sized, it was a little too big. I called Bradley and the associate (I think it was Monique- forgive me I can't remember) apologize and invited me to bring it back so the could fix it.
