I questioned her, she once again barked at me and told me to complain to the manager. I asked clearly "what's the point of online purchase advertising that literally advertises skip the line?" The manager came over and also told me I had to go wait in the line. I walked out and called kohls and cancelled my order. I received an email that my order was cancelled. The following day I received an email "order was picked up". And I never got a refund. I had to once again call. I have a hunch employees often mark items as "picked up" when they have been there too long. And help themselves. Everything about this experience was dirty.

There were some really good deals and some items that were a bittt overpriced, not crazy good deals on that end. But there were some particular items that really stood out pricewise and in terms of trend and quality. When I first walked in my eyes immediately went to the pens that were color-coded - so cute! It wasn't even the pens, but the bright way they were displayed and it didn't hurt that they were so many varieties and some classics in there like Pilot pens and gel pens. The clothes they had were so adorable but I wish they were cheaper to make me feel good about spending on more stuff I don't need, lol. Their "Go Sports" pieces were sooo me. Customer Service The cashier was preoccupied with her phone - before, during and after the checkout process - but that seems to be the standard nowadays. Lol. Overall Overall, I like this store. I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. The only thing I don't love is that every time I find something cute on the website, it's not available for pick-up at this location (or the Powder Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth locations). And shipping isn't available either. I've missed out on a great cast iron pan and some beautiful dinner plates because I didn't have time to drive over an hour to another location.

The parking lot is on a kind of weird hill but there's plenty of parking spots. The front door of the store opens to a small lobby with a cashier/desk, but the store is actually very large. We were greeted at both the front entrance and when we were in the jewelry/rock room. This is called a bookstore but it's really much more. The selection of books is vast and niche at the same time. I picked up a little astrology book I'm very excited to get into. There is a huge and stunning wall of rocks and gems you can self-service with a variety of types, shapes, finishes and priced at a very accessible level. I picked out several different rocks from the wall. They also have jewelry, candles, accessories, I can't even begin to list everything available here. The best part is the store cats. They are beauty, they are grace and I love them. Also wonderful the Sagittarius that rang up my purchases. I can't wait to come back and visit with my best friend again! Thank you Phoenix & Dragon!
