They had all the trending pieces for Spring/Summer 2019 from laterns to patterned hanging lights. Customer Service- The level of Customer Service I received was great. The Sales Associates offered to assist me with all the items I was carrying and even pushed/unloaded my brand new deck chairs into my car. I am only about 25 min from this location and I will return especially when I have extra money and a specific project in mind to complete.

The cashier, Pina, offered no greeting and only spoke to push a credit card application. There was no thank-you, and I actually had to help sort my items because bath products and clothing were getting mixed together during bagging. I did try to call ahead and speak with Store Manager Stan before posting this, but the person who answered was reluctant to even share his name--which made it feel like feedback isn't welcomed. I'm still deciding whether to keep my purchases, because the experience really took the joy out of what should have been a fun shopping trip. But more than that, I want to see this store live up to its potential. Customer service matters, and I believe it can improve with attention and care. I'm sharing this not to criticize harshly, but in hopes that someone will listen and act.

As always this location feels very disorganized, messy, and sort of empty. There's a lot of dead space that they could use to stock more items which sort of makes it feel like a thrift shop almost. They do have a decent offering of home goods, which is one reason I pop into Ross. This time was to look for a nice button-up shirt. I ended up buying a dog bowl instead of shirt, if that tells you anything about selection. Service is hit and miss. The cashiers are always pleasant and efficient, but the folks on the floor are less than enthused to be asked for help. It is the anchor of a small shopping complex that also features a Dollar Tree, shoe store, battery/bulbs store and a wing spot. Given the shopping center, parking is decent. The lot is not as large as other Walmart's but it gets it done. I have popped in here for several things over the years and have learned that this location is best to visit before 12:00 PM on Weekdays. Anytime after noon on weekdays and legit anytime on the weekends, this place is insane...so, I recommend you plan your trips here accordingly! Inventory has never been an issue at this location, as for the most part I always find what I am after. Service is hit and miss, just like any Walmart, however I usually receive better service during the AM hours...so just another reason to plan that trip at the right time. Overall, this is your standard Walmart. There is nothing that makes this location stand out in a good or bad way. When in need, I will pop by.

I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. Given its location in the shopping center, parking is never an issue. The condition of their stores, including this location could definitely be better. I do not think they have invested any capital in this store in years. From the floors to the ceilings and all the way to the registers and carts...it's all in need of a good refresh/update! If you can get past the appearance you can really find some good deals at Big Lots. They have a decent grocery section that I use for snacks mostly. They also have a great kitchen/housewares section where I have scooped up several sets of silverware and cups from over the years. During the holidays I also swing in here as they always have a solid holiday section with a lot of items from small to large! In addition to everything above, they surprisingly have a good furniture section. I am not too ashamed to admit that in my younger days I got a couch and a bed from Big Lots. The couch has since moved on, but the bed still sits in our guestroom right now! Then again, they're open 24/7 and super busy all the time, so I won't be too harsh on them about the cleanliness. If you're buying any sort of boxed or packaged item, I advise you open it to make sure everything's in there. I've picked up more than a few items that were missing things out of them. If I'm shopping for food here, which is extremely rare, I'm most likely purchasing non-perishables last minute, such as chips, flour/sugar, cereal, canned goods and such. The reason why I can no longer purchase meat is because I've bought meat from here that spoiled the very next day on more than 1 occasion. I planned on making a meal with ground beef that went from red to brown (funky smell included) not even a good 24 hours later. My mom had the same issue with their meat. The fruit always has bugs flying around, even in the winter, and does not look like the produce I get from Whole Foods, Kroger, or Publix. With that being said, they probably have what you're looking for, so have at it. As for me, I'll stick to the lesser-used location on down the road.

It has never been absolutely terrible, but also it's never enough to make me write home about. I have been here when the store was in shambles, but on my last few visits they have cleaned up the floors and no longer keep heaps of boxes and product strewn across the aisles. So, all in all it was a fairly clean Dollar Tree, which is a rarity in these parts! Product wise, you can find all the staples you are used to at DT here. However, they do have a limited food section. They do not feature cooler/frozen foods, and have limited non-perishables as well. Overall, I try to avoid this shopping center when possible, but when in need, this is a solid Dollar Tree to swing through on occasion.
