If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Not family friendly, poor business practices and awful service. One of my daughters only wanted white rice. After going back and forth and making the whole table uncomfortable, I was finally able to get a side of white rice. Mind you, I offered to happily pay for a side of rice. I was so upset by the experience I couldn't eat, I had completely lost my appetite. I let our server know, and she still charged me for $30 for sitting at the table and threatened to charge my 9 year old daughter $30 for eating a single piece of rice paper. I paid nearly $200 for a meal where 2 out of 6 people didn't eat. My daughter was so uncomfortable she was nearly in tears. Truly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Our waitress would walk away from us while we were ordering from her and was short and rude with her responses. After an hour of terrible service, I left the tip that I believed was fair for the service we received (I actually considered not tipping at all). Much to my surprise, as we were leaving, she approached us and saw the tip left on the table. She proceeded to ask me, "Really? That's it?" We were just standing there in silence, I felt trapped. She pressed on, "Usually people tip more.". Once we made it clear that she was only receiving that amount, she scraped it off the table and muttered as she rushed away. It's needless to say that we were more than displeased with how we were being treated when costumers seated near us were very obviously being served more attentively and politely. Just came from this restaurant and had a very unpleasant experience. My family and I frequent this restaurant but this evening the two ladies serving the tables demeanor was less than favorable. At the beginning of being seated, she was quite abrupt, along with the other lady that took our order. They delivered the meats and within 7 minutes of bbqing, the grill fire turned off, twice. I asked if we could moved since there was obviously something wrong with the grill. She said no and just banged on the burner and said it would be fine. Fortunately, the grill was fine after that. The service did not get any better but rather it seemed they were ignoring us since we always had to flag them down. I don't really like to resort to the bell for personal reasons but had to result to that this time. The bill comes and being a party of 5, we were automatically charged the gratuity. I asked the lady at what point do you autocharge the gratuity and said 5. I recall that it was 6 and doubled checked and sure enough it was 6. I brought it to their attention and she played like she thought it was 5. They did offer to redo the bill and I said I don't mind if the service was good but told her their service didn't warrant that gratuity. She said it was so busy but I stated they were rude from the beginning and it was not busy. I told her I will let the owner/ manager know the next time I go there. I said service and deceiving customers is why they lose customers. They also need to be aware non-Koreans can also understand their language. First time here and the food quality is legit! A lot of marbling on the meat! I love that there's so many choices for pork belly! There's like 6 or 8 different ones! I've been to top chef 5+ times every time i go i leave unsatisfied but keep going back. Today pushed me over the edge and i will never go back. I went with 5 other people and the service was okay but it slowly went down hill. The waitress asked if we wanted more meat around an hour into the meal. I said yes and the meat never came but she slapped the check in front of me and told us that we were over our time. I then explain to her that we only over the time because they are taking forever to serve us. She then gives us the meat i ordered and it was maybe enough meat to feed a small kitten. Best Korean BBQ in and out of town. We usually do All You Can Eat, but everything else we've tried has also always been great. The meat is delicious and either marinated to perfection, or unmarinated for personal preference. Not only is it better quality than every other place we've tried, but you also get an abundance. In addition to the meat, there are SO MANY OTHER ITEMS you get right away, or can order as you go. Almost all of which, are also endless. If you'd like more, you just need to ask, and they'll assist you as soon as they can. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and more than happy to answer questions you may have. Just remember that any "All You Can Eat" restaurant w/ so many extras means the staff is constantly running back and forth, helping as many people w/ endless small & large requests as possible, so be patient. I wouldn't bother reviewing if it was only the food that was bad, but the service was just as distasteful. One of the items I ordered was awful and it was apparent that the oil they used to cook it was too cold. It was oily and burned on the outside while undercooked and mushy on the inside. When we asked if we could get it taken off the bill we were told they don't do that so they remade it. It turned out exactly the same so we paid for it and left it behind while they tried to convince us to take it home. My brother and I never got anything to drink; not even water. This was my first time at Top Chef. We got in quickly since it as around 4:30 pm bit before dinner rush. Server assumed we were there for the BBQ, he could use a little more knowledge of the items. I ordered Sundun Bibimbap and a few other items. I wanted the green onion pancake and egg dish and was told no. When the nice Korean server came by she said ohh yeah you can have the 2 side dishes even if not ordering the all you can eat. Food Was piping hot, packed a more flavor. Bibimbap was missing a few of the colored veggie. Service was decent, I think I would try once more before I can have a better understanding, wonder if cut of meats are related to pricing. read more

I don't usually write reviews but i feel like i have too. While the food is good, they served it frozen and you know what happens when you try to cook a frozen food, it doesn't cook evenly. Most of the meat we ordered was still frozen. You can only order 3 things off the menu every time, which is not a problem but they take a long time to go to our table, they have a call button but our server doesn't seem to hear it. We were a party of three and can only order 3 things of the menu and would have to wait a long time to get another round. Strange customer service. I asked for a grill change and the lady said no the food is too spicy for a grill change. So we continued to use the burned grill, the smoke started to get out of control so the lady clearly started to panic and was at our table to coook the meat herself and started cutting our food.
