It started about 2 months ago when my engine seized and I was stuck at the Infiniti dealership in Charlotte. They told me it would cost approximately $18,000.00 for a new engine and my heart dropped. I asked Infiniti who would they recommend to do an engine replacement and they said Christian Brothers. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Logan, he was able to give me some good information on my situation and based on our conversation, I decided to have my vehicle brought to t he eir shop. Logan was able to confirm what Infiniti told me and offered several options on how to move forward. He was in constant contact with me every step of the process of replacing my engine. However, come to find out that not only did I need to replace my engine but also the transmission because it was damaged due to the seized engine. It was news that I hated to hear yet I did trust that Logan was being honest with me and he did work with me on the price. Also, other issues came up with the repair but instead of charging me for certain repairs, they decided to take care of the cost. When I finally received my vehicle back, there was some other issues that came up and when I called Logan, he was responsive and had the issues resolved at no charge to me. Overall, having my engine seize up and then my transmission being damaged was a very difficult experience and hearing bad news after bad news didn't help, however I trusted Logan and I trusted the previous reviews I read. Overall, this experience was very good and I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers for auto repairs.

Drop it off and grab our our other vehicle and head back to FL for our cruise. Pick up the truck Monday May 12 they give no paperwork because Paul wasn't there so call today to find out exactly on what went wrong and was told a faulty seal. Beware if you get work done THEY are not responsible for a tow no matter how far you get stranded from home and if someone else fixes it your warranty is VOID. Bad business as far as I'm concerned and will never recommend them to anyone. They should have at least offered 1/2 money since we had to bring back to them.

We start looking for a small shop that able to do it for less, and we seems find it with this shop but unfortunately that shop decided to go not so kindred/Christian way and get more money out of us. They submitted a claim to our warranty on one amount and told us totally different amount, with quite good difference in numbers. After we confronted them on it, they stand their ground and keep showing us what they submitted on their computer. Dear people our warranty has about 4.000 reviews and they have no reason lie to us, unlike you who obviously trying to take advantage of seeing make of our vehicle. We definitely will spread the story and take our business to more honest shop.
