I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Integrity was one of the most reasonable quotes I received and unlike the other shops, they didn't push me off for 6 months before the repair could start. They gave me timely updates. Towed my truck in on Monday. Called with the full diagnostic on Thursday. Quoted 4 weeks for the repair but had it done in 2 weeks. After replacing the engine, gave me reasonable quotes for the additional work we knew would potentially need to happen. The office manager is very friendly and attended to any billing and account questions I had. Will definitely use them again as my primary auto repair shop for all of my needs.

The mechanic said, I needed to replace the engine in my Audi Q5. I could not believe what was coming out of his mouth. I'm not a mechanic but a single cylinder not getting minimum compression doesn't sound like a total engine loss and this from an ASE certified mechanic. I was happy I get a referral here and a second opinion that was accurate. It turns out it was a bad fuel injector. Yes, better than replacing an entire engine. They have great mechanics here who are ASE & Audi certified. They have personable and professional Staff in Jennifer, JD & John. They offer a Veteran discount. sadly they don't have a loaner car option or provide drop off/pick-up transportation. Dutch, the owner, is a former 727 pilot with Eastern Airlines. Late December, my car had less than 17,000 miles and the VW dealership tried to charge me for new rotors and brakes which were over $700.
