However, when I asked for the measurements they refused to provide me with them unless I bring the item back in, which makes it clear they will ensure the measurements of the garment currently match what they are going to say is on file. When I tried to explain this they were very rude to me.

I took in a pair of Kevlar lined motorcycle jeans to be hemmed. (style meets safe cheeks) The pants had a protective / decorative leather piece on the bottom back of the cuffs. It would have to be removed to hem the pants. I told her I didn't care if she put it back on or not, no need to do any extra work. When I picked up the jeans they were hemmed to a perfect fit and she had added the leather piece back and it looked great. She told me, "I was working on them and I thought it looked nice so I put it back on the pants for you, no extra charge" Courteous quick quality every time.

My fiancé convinced me to give it another try and I have been consistently coming for a few months now and have had nothing but the best experiences. I always see Camila while I'm here and she is absolutely wonderful. She is so helpful if I ever have an issue with a machine (machines are great, they don't malfunction often) and she has great customer service. I don't know if she worked here last year when I had all my issues but if not she has completely changed the atmosphere and customer experience. Today while doing laundry a man that works here also stopped to give me a brochure on their pick up service they offer. This place went from being one of my least favorite businesses to one that I would easily recommend! 5/5 stars from me! Thank you!
