Get on Yelp and this one is nearby and highly rated. Bingo! This is by far the cleanest laundromat, complete with the newest technology for the machines. Pay in quarters or download the app! Either way. It has clean restrooms, loads of clean tables for folding your clothes. Staff is actually here on site and friendly! The machines handle a wide variety of weights, not by loads like most do. Lots of great lighting, temperature inside is so comfortable! I'm always burning up at most because they don't use their AC. Employee attitudes were terrible. Handed them 3 different sacks of clothes that I told her I needed them washed & dried separate. They were all mixed together and also missing items. The lady behind the counter has a bad attitude she tried using minimal words as possible just pointing to whatever she wanted. Cleanest laundry mat i've ever been to, it smells amazing, bathrooms are clean, they have detergent, dryer sheet and softener loaded in a vending machine. They have an app that lets you know how much time you have left for your loads of laundry....prevents people from taking it. Very relaxing as well! Only downside it's a little pricey but XL washer is $14 on cold but you can fill with about 4 comforters....They have multiple sizes though. read more

I drive across town to do my laundry here because the facilities are always immaculate and there are tons of machines available. Love that it's open late and that it's staffed all day (though drop off and pick up close earlier than the facilities themselves). Absolutely horrible and not returning. It started off great because it was clean and in a convenient spot. I downloaded the app and had funds on the app for the speed queen service. I go in and the app isn't working and keeps saying "wrong IP address." They are completely unable to help and say that it's a third party unrelated to them and to call the App Store. So my money that's stuck on the app is just lost. I ignored that inconvenience and go back today. I stepped out shortly while I had 4 dryers running. When I came back inside one of the doors kept popping open. I closed it and when someone walked by and checked their laundry the door opened again. It seemed like when the other customers opened and closed their door it would pop my dryer door open on the lower level. My dryer had timed out since the door opened and I couldn't restart it. I asked for help given the situation and that I had already paid. The lady was INCREDIBLY rude and told me it was my fault for not keeping a close eye on my clothes. One person moving 4 loads of laundry back and forth to my car and I'm going to have to take my eyes off occasionally. I asked for a manager number and she told me to check out the website. I tried calling and the number on the website didn't work. So I approached her again and asked for the correct number to get into contact with someone that could help me because at this point I'm sick of giving them my money and not receiving the service I paid for! She told me she just called the number and it worked so I called it in front of her on speaker phone and let the disconnected sound play for her. I asked if she just called the number to show me since she said she just did it. She got mad and told me she didn't have to show me anything. I even tried to show her my screen so she could see that I was dialling the right number. She refused to look because she knew that she was caught in a lie. So basically if you want to go someplace where they give you the run around, steal your money and refuse to help under any circumstances then definitely check this place out. I've spent 100's here over the last few months so I was a loyal customer and this review is based on how I've been treated on multiple occasions now. read more

Hadn't been to a laundromat in eons, but I wanted to wash my king-size quilt. Hands down, Bellevue Coin Laundry is the nicest I've ever been to. Everything was clean, neat, and modern. Nice bathrooms. They even pin lost socks to a board so distraught one-sockers can locate the missing. read more

Max, it has a problem of losing Queen fitted bed sheets. last year it lost 2 a different times. couple of months ago,, sent in 3 queen sets, large towel, couple of pillow cases, & a wash cloth. got back all except for 2 fitted queen sheets. sent email to Mike (listed as owner). finally received message, he had turned it over to his manager. have never heard anything. be sure & count before you leave. read more

I had an excellent first experience here today. Angela, the attendant who was on duty, really helped me out! I have a gigantic heavy queen size mattress pad, and I had a giant queen size sheet, and then I had another weird sheet for a portable bed I have. She accepted my request to launder them late this morning, and I got them back about two or three hours later. We had a great time chatting when I dropped off my laundry. She is a very nice person, and you can tell she really cares about her work. The rest of the laundromat looked great. Everything looks clean, shiny, and new, and it looks like they're getting ready to triple their space. I actually just moved to the area and first found another full service laundromat further north on Old Hickory. They do NOT have an attendant on duty on weekends. I'm sure I'm not the first customer who looked for somewhere else to go to be able to get my stuff laundered on the weekend. Angela has me as a new customer for life! read more

New to the area. Needed to wash and dry a king-sized bed worth of comforter, sheets, mattress cover, everything. This place had a wide range of washer and drier sizes, up to 100 lbs, and easy card-swipe payment on each machine. Most importantly, the employee working that day was extremely helpful and gave me advice on which machines to use and how to make these large items wash and dry well. If you asked me to review this business yesterday, I would have said Five Stars. We have been customers for over a year. But safety among the homeless presence has turned out not to be a high priority at Bellevue Coin Laundry. My wife was there today as usual and noticed a homeless man and his wife were there asking customers for blankets and just chatting with the employee. One was sitting inside and the other had driven a motorized supermarket cart up to the entrance. As my wife walked past, the homeless man decided to tickle my wife's back and mumble something to her. She jogged to the car and said she was too uncomfortable to go back to collect our laundry. I went and asked to speak to the employee who had been chatting with the homeless couple (the couple had left), and she said they were doing all they could to keep the homeless out. I told her about the homeless man tickling my wife's back and told the employee she had definitely not taken the homeless threat seriously. She said there was nothing she could do and that the police don't do anything when they are called. I said that if loitering rules couldn't be enforced then we would no longer be customers. read more

I have been coming here since it opened. Now you see bugs and I just came back in town Wednesday afternoon so I decided to go wash me and my kids laundry while on the phone with my sister as I had her on speaker while unloading and my hands were full. This man gone walk up after talking loud with someone and say "Ma'am take your phone off speaker" I looked at him and said "As longs as I've been coming here I've never disrespectfully asked me to take my phone off speaker" his reply was "That's been a rule" I packed my laundry up and went else where. My money will be SPENT where people know how to be respectful and not rude as he seemed to be Racist in a way then went back to talking to the man he was chatting with. Nashville is being taking over by rude people I will not ever allow my people to walk in here and spend money and I'm glad we was on a recorded line and I had to be rude because he could have respectfully said "Excuse me Ma'am, hey how you doing? We have a policy that states anyone who holds a phone conversation should not be on speaker" or something to make it sound casual or respectful but umm he choose to be rude smh. I know, five stars for a laundromat might seem a little weird. But this is a really good laundromat. I started coming here a couple of months ago after I got fed up with my clothes constantly smelling bad after washing them in the machines at my apartment complex. There is only so much that Febreeze and fabric softener can do. This laundromat is clean, the machines are new and because they have such large machines, it ends up being cheaper and faster than doing them at my apartment complex. Double win for me. The machines all take credit cards and there are change machines. There's a vending machine with supplies if you forgot yours. The metal seats aren't necessarily the most comfortable for waiting, but they work. And if you ask nicely, the employee will often change one of the TVs to something worth watching (if such a thing exists). read more

Very clean laundromat with several different size washers for your specific needs. Stocked to the nines with anything you could need, detergents, ATM, coin machine and vending machine. The attendant was very helpful and sweet, and really went above and beyond for her job. It was poppin' when I came here around 6 pm on a Sunday, I guess people were panicking to get their work clothes clean before Monday. Plenty of seating and folding desks maximize productivity, and machines that take Visa and MasterCard take the cake. We will be back, very cheap and efficient bundling service too! read more

Hi, I rarely ever go to coin laundry places as I'm a personal washer of my own clothing. However I was visiting from out of town and had to use the laundry mat to do so. The clerk Mrs Tillis was very kind, sweet, and helpful to me. She even pointed me around Bellevue and giving me new in site here. This place is very professional. I had to wash a large cotton rug, so I went to this laundromat for the first time. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and customer-friendly. All the staff and all but one of the patrons wore masks. I didn't need help but there was personnel on hand in case of problems (and continuously cleaning!). read more

Other positive reviews are right on the money, great clean laundromat with variety of machines that were all working, all seemed clean, etc but pretty expensive. The 60 lb washers were $7.50 - 8.00 depending on cycle, 45 lb washers ("triple load") were $5.50. That being said, since I don't use a laundromat often (mostly when doing bulky loads like sleeping bag or down comforter) it's worth it to me for the nice pleasant place to chill or even work on something while the spin cycle is going. read more
