High tech, clean, polite crowd, coin or coinless this place is top notch. Too bad there is not one in Knoxville!! They'd be providing a service! I'd show you the video I took in this establishment but it's not great quality. The staff were pleasant, young and hard working. They were always busy keeping the place orderly and clean. Never arrived at this location, and it wasn't open on time. If not before. 6 cars and no one is here. It is now 8:30. Great facility

I started washing here a few months ago. I haven't been in a while however today I decided to come back to use the large washers (nice size but way overpriced). Because I've washed here before I am fully aware of the "last wash" and open/closing times. However, as I approach this location at 8:42 PM (Closing time at 9 PM) to retrieve my items I soon realize the laundromats lights are off and the place is closed before closing time. Now I am forced to drive home without my items. I am very disappointed. I usually come here because of the cleanliness and nice sized washers and dryers. If you choose to wash/dry here you'll be risking having your clothes locked in before closing time. read more

I am on an extended road trip with my three kiddos and was looking to get a good amount of laundry done quickly. We have used hotel laundry and friends machines up to this point but I was ready to pay a little extra for convenience and efficiency. The Wash House was PERFECT!! I was able to wash, dry, and fold 4 loads of laundry in under an hour. They had an awesome little kid area with table and chairs, a great selection of books, and a wall mural with an engaging "I Spy with my Little Eye" treasure hunt that my kids played several times. This laundromat was immaculately clean and even had restrooms too. I downloaded the app and was able to select my washer and dryer and pay through the app. At the end of the dryer cycle I wanted to add a few more minutes and my phone wouldn't connect. The lovely lady that was working behind the counter helped me out and ended up putting a few quarters in for me when the machine still didn't want to cooperate. Absolutely amazing experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again. BEST laundromat I've EVER been to!! read more

I started using The Wash House for an old sleeping bag. They did a great job. Next a comforter, then this week a huge bundle of linens after a houseful of company. Need a place to wash some clothes during a road trip and they had plenty of machines I could use my phone to pay with! They also had some vending machines with detergent and dryer sheets which was great. It does appear to get busy on Sundays (ended up coming in on a weekday). read more

A very clean laundry mat. They have tons of machines that are clean and various sizes. You can do very large loads all at once or big items. The machines were slightly pricey, but sometimes you pay for environment. You can get coins or pay with an app which is convenient. They also have some snack vending machines, laundry supply vending machines, and a little small book case with some kids books that helped me out when I was there with my two littles.
