While I do have in-unit laundry, sometimes my small washing machine just doesn't cut it. I'm grateful to have this clean, easy-to-use, locally-owned laundromat in the neighborhood for those moments! We recently stopped by on a weeknight evening with a few large bags of laundry, and were greeted right away by friendly team members working hard on wash and fold orders. They asked what type of machine we needed, and directed us to the largest washers they have in the back. The prices are more than fair and everything was pristinely clean - making it easy to knock out a few loads. We spent a few hours here, and appreciated the snacks and drinks available in the vending machine. They also have detergent, softener, and more supplies available for purchase if you didn't bring any with you. This is quite a popular spot in the evenings, but there's plenty of seating for anyone waiting to switch over loads. If you're in need of a one-stop shop for laundry, this is the place. While staying in downtown Nashville I needed my laundry done. I used Yelp to search laundromats near by. Soap Opry Laundry stuck out with excellent reviews. I viewed their website and was impressed with the services offered. A free pickup and delivery service really stuck out. I called to arrange for a pickup. Unfortunately, the driver had already left for the day. I told them I could Uber it over to drop it off and then have them deliver it the next day. Fantastic!! Once I showed up I was treated with a friendly staff and a clean environment. I told them the services that I wanted. They totaled them up and o was shocked at the price! Wait a minute! I told them that that's so different from the price on their website. Oh. I guess it needs to be updated, they responded. Well, I can overlook this significant price differential. It was more than I've ever paid in the USA. I then reminded them that I needed it delivered to my hotel the next day. They then told me that it would be $50 for the delivery!! 50?! What happened to free delivery on your website?! I guess the website needs to be updated. I told them to forget the delivery. I would take another Uber to pick it up. The service was good. The laundry turned out good. But it was way too expensive and misleading. They should have honored their advertised pricing and fix their website if they won't. read more

Was in town for NFL, needed to do laundry. Was staying at Loews and google said this place was close so we followed the directions there. It's in a strip mall kind of building. The parking lot is not well lit. There is a phone store next door and several people out walking around. I wouldn't have gone without my husband. Inside it was very bright, I felt safe inside and everything was very clean. Staff is there and she was super friendly. Plenty of machines and it was not real busy on Saturday around 8 PM . We did one load of laundry, wash and dried for around $10. The machine took credit cards. We left with clean clothes a little over an hour later. Inside was good. Outside was scary. read more

Can I just say, the two ladies working today on NYE Which assisted me with washing my down duvet comforter literally deserve some kind of reward or recognition. These ladies were awesome. I came in like a lost puppy confused on how to clean this and they helped me with everything from what soaps and treatments to use to which settings as well. The duvet literally looks BRAND NEW. 0 damage, 0 issues. I used the dryers afterwards in 10 min intervals with some dryer balls on medium heat , fluffing in between- and literally I have never been happier. This laundromat has large, CLEAN, machines. It may look dicey outside but I assure you these machines are well maintained and honestly I would have never expected such an awesome experience all around. Like I lost my money to their dryer and the women in there acted like I was a psycho for wanting to get my money back and started talking about me as loud as possible to make sure I heard them, and then the employee folding customer laundry got shitty with me when I asked why I got charged 15.00 dollars for having to use my debit card AND she gave me attitude like she owns the place. Simply could not have been nicer. I was here on work for a few weeks and had to do laundry. I went with the wash and fold because, well, if there's one thing I always manage to mess up, it's laundry. Being on the road is inconvenient but they made it painless. $1/lb with a 10 lb min. To me, that was a lot easier than messing with detergent, quarters, etc. They called me back in about 90 mins and all was good. I'm here for another week, so I'll definitely be back! Went there 3 times while on my trip to Nashville. The bonus for me, was that they have an attendant there all the time while doing your laundry. This allowed me to go to work while getting my laundry done. They also fold your laundry. They fold different than how I do but could fold at the hotel. What a disappointing experience. I selected this laundromat due to the positive reviews. On the upside, the place was clean and the supply vending machine worked. Downside, the restroom was out of order and the drink machine was not working properly (hot cold drinks anyone?). In terms of the service I received, I can't say I am satisfied. I recommend you ask yourself this question before you take your clothes and linens to this operation, "Can I afford to replace it if it is damaged?" My brand new snow white bed linens were marked with black smudges from one of the dryers (self wash). One pillow case suffered several small holes and black smuges, IMO this due to catching on a drum seal https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=20986 The owner did agree to rewash the lot and the marks came out (win) but he refused to replace the damaged item (bummer). The store manager made a point to tell me their Airbnb customers have fine linens priced at $600 and they turned out fine. But my cheap $200 set (I do not consider this to be cheap) ended up with smuge marks on several items and holes in one. How sad for me. The customer service I received was not satisfactory. I will not return and would not recommend this establishment. To those valuable Airbnb customers which use this location, as a reminder, the dryer I used which marked up my sheet set and made little holes in one item is one of the same dryers the wash and fold service uses to care for your linens. Very disappointed with the Lady that was working during my visit, 6/27/23 @ apx 7:18pm. I was visiting Nashville when I was in need of some quarters. I stopped into this business to change out $3 for quarters, when I was quickly scolded by the lady working there. She yelled at me across the laundry mat in front of other customers as if I was stealing from her. She told me unless I was washing my clothes, that I couldn't use the change machine. Among other things... I've never felt so disrespected in a place of business. Zero customer service, and quite frankly I felt profiled. I get it now, the change machine is for your own customers. But you could still treat people with dignity and explain that to them in a way that is not so belittling! read more

Both the washers and dryers will rip you off. The washers seem to charge whatever they want to, regardless of what the price actually says. The dryers will display just a few minutes left and then after inserting another dollar like they insist, now I have 28 minutes when less than 10 was needed. Grrr. I needed to use the wash and fold service due to my schedule and I will never do it again. First off, $1.25 sounds great for the service per pound until it racks up to $32 for one load of laundry plus a random guy was the one who put it on the scale (DONT think he worked there.) I was so disappointed with ur spot on Dickerson Rd.. There's not enough water filling the machines to where ur clothes was washing properly. Then ur dryers 1.50 n ur have the set on air dry knowing the clothes will not dry so u spending 4.50.. I didn't even wash but a few. They cleaned my clothes then put my clean clothes in my dirty trash bag then the rest in a clean bag from there. I asked the not so nice lady at the counter why they put my clothes in the dirty bag. She said they always try to use the bag they are brought in with and if I didn't want it done that way I should have said something. Number 1 . We're visiting from Texas. Number 2.
