Love the woman that works here! Dry cleaning is solid, but the sweet woman that works here keeps me coming back!

I sent an email to the poc who said he would check with the delivery driver. Called Saturday morning when hours said open to follow up, phone continues to ring. This USED to be fantastic service. Now it's awful. Update, Tide called back and asked for a description of the coat. I even sent them a picture of the coat so they could look for it. Tide called back around 5:30 and said they'd found the coat and WOULD I still like the repair. They've had the coat for over 6 weeks to replace a zipper and haven't EVEN ordered the zipper. I told them to send the coat back and refund $73.41. Nick Herrington with Tide Cleaners said it already been refunded. I'll believe it when I see it.

By Thursday, after a phone call, I realized they misplaced my items. They found them and delivered them Friday and washed and folded both bags, including the dry cleaning (including sweaters and sport coats) that all had labels saying Dry Clean Only. The wash and fold was almost all folded inside out (so I had to refold) and not sorted in the least, not even the socks were together. They offered no refund, only to dry clean the dry cleaning they washed. For a company that aims to make your life easier, they've sure accomplished the opposite. I think I'll go back to my previous company.

Pretty disappointed with this experience…read more I dropped several items off to be cleaned on 1/3. During drop off, I went through any defects of my items with the employee at the counter. There was only item I dropped off that was damaged and it was a cashmere sweater with a snagged hem that I've been meaning to get repaired. The employee said she made a note of this in their system. Upon pick up on 1/6, the employee at the counter informed me that there was a stain on an expensive Burberry dress that I dropped off that they could not get out. I explained to the employee that this stain was not there when I dropped my items off and I was upset about this damage. She told me that she could would have the owners reach out to me, but I still have not heard anything from anyone regarding this issue. The stain on the dress is on the front breast pocket. It appears as if the garment was caught in something and then tugged out which left black scrapes/streaks. This dress was a milestone gift from my husband and retails for more than my rent which makes the damage done to it that much worse. I'm really saddened by this experience and hope the owners eventually reach back out to me for a resolution. I was excited to switch to Lapel's because of their eco-friendly dry cleaning method, but now I'm feeling like it is not worth the extra hassle if my garments will not be treated with care. There may be other locations to this business that are good, but I'm unsure if I would return to this one. Update; I was contacted by the owner and they were successfully able to remove the stain from my dress. When coordinating how to handle the situation, I got the impression that it was being implied that *I* was actually responsible for the stain which was very far from the truth. I received a text message from the owner later on saying they found the source of the stain within their business and that was why they were able to treat it appropriately. I love that my dress is in good condition again, but I dislike a little of the attitude that came with getting the situation resolved. I read through the reviews on Google and here and it seems like this business has a track record of providing subpar service but quickly being able to adjust and fix their errors. This would be a boon if it didn't come with a side of slight finger pointing at the customer first. Meh.

Come here if you want to see a grown woman (me!) cry tears of frustration! Just kidding, I held it…read moretogether but boy did I want to cry. No one works here, there's very minimal instructions, and their technology is shoddy. I spent 30 minutes going back and fourth between the washer, the app, and their kiosk and none of it was working. I was chatting with support and it was taking 3-4 minutes per response on their end and none of it was helpful. The app didn't work, the QR codes didn't work, and the kiosk wasn't working. After many tries, the kiosk decided to be useful. This was my first visit to a laundromat as I just needed to clean our quilt, so I didn't know to bring my own soap. I think it's a little weird they don't have individual pods for sale, but maybe that's normal. Oh! The prices here are outrageous! To get a quicker, bigger machine to wash one quilt, it asked for $16!! Needless to say, I opted for a slower and smaller one for $3.50. You also can't pay for washing and drying together so I had to go back to the dreaded kiosk. The only redeeming quality is that their neighbors are a puppy and kitten adoption center so I went and distressed there. One more thing, good luck getting one of their three (3) parking spots.

Pros: very clean machines…read more Cons: does not sell detergent, which is sold next door but not the single load boxes. Dryers require minimum $2.00, which was more than I needed
