My fiancé convinced me to give it another try and I have been consistently coming for a few months now and have had nothing but the best experiences. I always see Camila while I'm here and she is absolutely wonderful. She is so helpful if I ever have an issue with a machine (machines are great, they don't malfunction often) and she has great customer service. I don't know if she worked here last year when I had all my issues but if not she has completely changed the atmosphere and customer experience. Today while doing laundry a man that works here also stopped to give me a brochure on their pick up service they offer. This place went from being one of my least favorite businesses to one that I would easily recommend! 5/5 stars from me! Thank you!

Get on Yelp and this one is nearby and highly rated. Bingo! This is by far the cleanest laundromat, complete with the newest technology for the machines. Pay in quarters or download the app! Either way. It has clean restrooms, loads of clean tables for folding your clothes. Staff is actually here on site and friendly! The machines handle a wide variety of weights, not by loads like most do. Lots of great lighting, temperature inside is so comfortable! I'm always burning up at most because they don't use their AC. Wish they were everywhere! I'd drive extra miles to use them. This Cali and Nevada gal is impressed beyond measure!

I washed their due to having a large load and not wanting to wash at home, and the place is super clean! I later called and asked about their fluff and food service and gave them a try finally after the place I normally go to, lost and gave away a lot of my clothing accidentally (so they say)! Their fluff and fold service is probably the best I have ever used and I have been getting that service for about 10 years dating back to my Living in Los Angeles. I recommend them to anyone. Their choice of detergent, & softeners are Gain, Tide, Downy,& Suavatel. On pickup the clothes were neatly folded in a reusable bag which made the experience more amazing!!

This is a clean neighborhood spot with free parking, and even when it's busy, you can still load in your clothes easily. There's a good variety of sizes of machines, and a lot of them too. Some of the larger machines can get pricey, but a regular sized load is $4.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. There's plenty of rolling carts stationed around the space, and lots of tables for folding as well. They even have a kiddie corner with some books and games if you need to keep your children occupied, along with a well-stocked snack and drink vending machine.

No one works here, there's very minimal instructions, and their technology is shoddy. I spent 30 minutes going back and fourth between the washer, the app, and their kiosk and none of it was working. I was chatting with support and it was taking 3-4 minutes per response on their end and none of it was helpful. The app didn't work, the QR codes didn't work, and the kiosk wasn't working. After many tries, the kiosk decided to be useful. This was my first visit to a laundromat as I just needed to clean our quilt, so I didn't know to bring my own soap. I think it's a little weird they don't have individual pods for sale, but maybe that's normal. Oh! The prices here are outrageous! To get a quicker, bigger machine to wash one quilt, it asked for $16!! Needless to say, I opted for a slower and smaller one for $3.50. You also can't pay for washing and drying together so I had to go back to the dreaded kiosk. The only redeeming quality is that their neighbors are a puppy and kitten adoption center so I went and distressed there. One more thing, good luck getting one of their three (3) parking spots.
