When I ask the business owner for an explanation, I'm told, "Maybe I should try somewhere else!" All of my clothes that they touched were returned with small white animal like hair/fur that I thought the first time my clothes picked up someone's pet hair during service and that they would be lint brushed before I picked up a week later after bringing my concerns to the owner during pick up. I paid for them foolishly, as he stated he'd reclean them. Wishful thinking I suppose. The items were still covered in these white hairs. The items I dropped off when noticing the previous items are now also covered in this white hair.
