On the last nut. the head of the bar snapped off. The clerk agreed that it was defective and was going to refund my money so I could buy a better set from them. The manager (Joe) came over and said they could only exchange because it was because of abuse. Even the clerk was asking why not. When he said a second time that it was from abuse, I said "bullsh*t. He then said if I was going to swear at him, I can get out of his store. I went to another harbor freight. I initially didn't give them the details of what happened in Yelm. I just told them it broke. They looked at it and said it looked like a casting flaw and gave me a full refund. When I told them the story, they recommended I report the manager and even gave me the number for customer service. Even custumer service couldn't believe the manager wouldn't refund. I won't set foot in that store again until there is a new manager.

That my daughter needs to put it back. Who does that? It's a price tag. There were numerous things in the store that didn't have a price tag. We didn't complain. The lady held my daughter's hand and said, "Are you going to cry?" That's so rude and disrespectful. She kept on saying, "Are you going to cry?" to a 1-year-old? My daughter says a few words. She doesn't know how to talk. My husband and I felt so sad when Lori did that to our daughter. The lady never apologized for her actions. My husband went back inside to tell Lori that what she did was wrong. You don't touch other people's children and yell at them. My daughter didn't break anything. She was happy looking for a dresser for her room. But my daughter ended up crying over a lady bullying her.

I expected to have to buy a new tank of acetylene, but they replaced the tank with a full one free of charge. That's exceptional customer service. I've also purchased other things there (e.g., silver solder) and have been happy with them. They have a wide variety of welding supplies, including mig/tig machines, and oxy/acetylene supplies.

If this is your 1st time buying or installing stone do not step into these waters. If you choose to ignore that advice, you do so at your own financial peril. I have been buying granite here for 11 years. Twice my order has both been cut correctly and ready when I showed up. Seriously, 2 times out of maybe 20. You have to measure your stone before it is loaded, inspect corners and edges. There have been a few times when I provided a template and the cuts we still off. MEASURE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If it is wrong and you leave, they will not fix and you will not get a refund or credit. Will not. As stated, stone prices are cheap, there is little to no haggle room on the stone, but they make their profit in fabrication: the cuts. Be aware of that when you are discussing cost. There is also wide margin on their sinks, fixtures and cabinets - especially vanities. The cabinets are plywood flat packs and quality is in line with IKEA. I would advise against a cabinet purchase here, but I am a cabinet maker so I am by nature bias. They put gas the glue for a couple weeks and some people hate that smell. In summary: cheaply priced, but quality stone, zero customer service during or after the sale, and it is on you to make sure it is all correct.
