We bought a Toro 21-inch recycler lawn mower directly from the Toro online store. We thought we had made a great choice because there were many positive reviews of this mower, However, when it was delivered, we tested it. We were upset because it was quite difficult to cut the grass when going uphill. The Toro online store said we cannot return the product once we have added fuel (gas and oil) to it. That's when I called The Hitch Man, and Adam said I should bring the mower to his store in Taneytown, MD, and that he would do his best to help. Once I went over to the store, Adam and his team helped me take the heavy mower out of my minivan, they added their own gas, and adjusted the mower so that it could propel easily up hill.
