The fact they've been in business that long is testament to the service they provide to customers. That's one reason why I keep returning. I felt like the they treated me the same way they'd like to be treated as a customer. Consistent quality service is the best quality a business can aspire to. If there's one recommendation/idea I would make, it would lend towards notification a sale is in progress. I recommend customers wanting to purchase a vehicle to put down a deposit. Salespeople would put notification of deposit on the vehicle. This serves to notify other customers and salespeople it's off the market. This is just my recommendation/idea. Yes we didn't have an appointment but the business closes at 6. The car broke down at 8. Tow truck didn't arrive on sence till 10. How do you make an appointment after their closed. However, Rick, a genuine person, didn't charge me a single penny from me, knowing the insurance company messed up from the beginning and was unfairly blaming me for the delay, accepting the amount approved from the insurance.
