I felt like the they treated me the same way they'd like to be treated as a customer. Consistent quality service is the best quality a business can aspire to. If there's one recommendation/idea I would make, it would lend towards notification a sale is in progress. I recommend customers wanting to purchase a vehicle to put down a deposit. Salespeople would put notification of deposit on the vehicle. This serves to notify other customers and salespeople it's off the market. This is just my recommendation/idea. And they seemingly was working on following through and starting the process with me, and this was over tons of emails. But the contact from Worley Motors went silent on me for 4 days. It wasn't until I pinged again only to learn that the car I had been communicating for purchase was already sold. So much about the family business and valuing customers and what not.
