I live 5 hours from this dealership, so everything was done over the phone. Mike pulled the truck in from the rain on the day I called about it to get some different pictures and he sent a very thorough and honest description of the truck. I decided to purchase it and glad I did. After we did all the bank paperwork over the phone, I had a friend fly me to the little airport nearby where Kevin picked me up. After a few signatures I was headed home in the new to me truck. I wish I lived closer to be able to deal with these folks more often, if you do; I highly recommend them.

We have the emails and the bill of sale to prove it. Despite a completed agreement and their written confirmation, the dealership breached the contract and sold the vehicle to another buyer, reportedly for $400 more. That's not negotiation -- that's bad faith. This was a willful act of deception that damaged my credit, wasted my time, and violated the trust a luxury brand dealership should embody. Maserati of Willow Grove showed a complete lack of integrity from top to bottom. Management does not return calls, accountability is nonexistent, and the sales team operates with zero professionalism or product knowledge. Andrew, the sales manager, treated a signed contract as if it were optional. Buyers beware -- even with written proof and a verified deal, this dealership may sell your car out from under you if someone offers them a few hundred dollars more. Maserati corporate and consumer protection agencies should investigate this store immediately.

If you are looking for a used low-mileage, dependable vehicle, Frankie Cockrell is the man to talk…read moreto. He definitely stands behind the vehicles he sells. Rust-free and mechanically sound. He won't sell a vehicle that he wouldn't drive himself. In fact, he does drive, test, repair (if needed), and guarantee every vehicle he puts up for sale. I suppose that you don't remain in business for 47 years without doing something right. Personally, I have purchased two vehicles from him. The first was a low mileage cavalier which I drove with absolutely no mechanical issues for 6 years. The second was a GMC Sierra that looks like it came off of the showroom floor. When shopping around for a truck I should have visited him first. My mistake. Even after I looked at what he had available I continued to shop around. However, no other vehicles seemed to compare so I kept coming back to his selections. He spent way more time with me than was necessary explaining every detail about the truck I was interested in. Why? I believe that he truly values his customers and their needs. This is the reason that I will continue to utilize his services in the future.

But have gone 3 x since March '24. I have never been satisfied at all on these three trips. I drive almost an hour ...which I do not think I will continue to do so. Today put me over the edge. I had a scheduled 10:30am appointment. I arrived promptly at 10:30. I was told it would be an hour and it should be ready by 11:30. I asked if it included a car wash and vacuum and they assured me that it did. Though they said only the front carpets get vacuumed...seems odd to me..but ok. My car was not finished the oil change/tire rotation until noon!!!!! An hour and a half for what most places can do in less than 30 min. They did not do the car wash or vacuum because they were short handed. They said I could wait longer but not sure when it would get done. This is unacceptable. They had a list of routine things that they suggested that I get done. I said no thank you I will take it to my mechanic. I honestly think I was treated differently after I refused those extra items. I think the car was ready then...but they made me wait longer because I didn't add those to my bill. There were two ladies at the service counter...one was friendly the other not at all. I did not feel like customer satisfaction was at all a priority. I will NOT be back. I tried returning thinking it must get better with the next visit...but it never has!! I did meet with an Isaac in sales who was wonderful. He showed me two Armadas and sadly even if there was one I liked there...I will NEVER purchase from Faulkner anything ever again. Isaac has a future in sales so the one star is for the time with him looking at cars
