These guys came to my rescue when my suspension system completely failed on my RV on the highway,…read moreon the weekend. It took a while for me to work out the financing for the extensive repair and they were completely helpful and patient. After completing the repair, they also replaced the fenders on the RV that I had in the toyhauler's garage. While doing that work, they noticed the suspension was not right after I had just driven it in, effectively, a circle as I had pulled it out for the night then back in the next morning. They realized that someone who had done a repair previously had not done it correctly and it was throwing everything off. They ordered the part they needed and got it fixed RIGHT! I feel so much more secure and safer after their repair as I continue on my RV trip across the US! Thank you guys!

I went in just after noon the next day and not only was the trailer there, all the paperwork had already been done and a plate was on the trailer. It was just sign here, sign here, sign here, then I hitched it up and drove away. It could not have possibly been easier or gone smoother. You might say the sale went off without a hitch (pun intended). It was less than 24 hours from the time I first talked to Zach until I had the trailer home in my driveway.

I took my trailer in on Monday to get an inspection and they called me back within the next couple of hours to let me know what I needed, what they can do for me, how long it's going to take and almost exactly how much it'll cost. I mean... what more could I ask for?!!! These down-to-earth employees treat you with the respect you deserve and believe me... I'm not one who looks like I know what I'm doing (cuz half the time I'm don't lol)! But they were humble and kind and made me feel important. I absolutely adore these people!! May they always keep their charm and tbh these guys deserve more recognition! And for how much (little) I paid for everything I even tried to give them a tip and one of the gentlemen behind the desk says, "honey, we don't need it. Spend it on something more important." Well that kinda sealed the deal there! Just stamp it into stone, why don't you?! I guess I'll be a forever customer from here-on-out. Dang it! They got me good! but that's because they know how to treat a customer.

No delays, no pressure, just clear info. Chad told me about the free 3 wheel classes so I could learn safely. I didn't know about that option. Already signed up! I went to the dealership and was met with a bunch of super nice people who showed me everything. From the Rykers down to the gloves, I got great info to help make this big decision. I chose the Ryker Rally, and the deal was made. Easy all the way around! I'd never ridden before so they offered to deliver it so I would not have to drive an hour home with it my first day. My friend drove it home and I started learning immediately. I'm two days in now, been driving all over the neighborhood and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier with my new Ryker!
