Recently, someone scratched the side of my car (just the trim, thankfully) and my (front) license…read moreplate fell off. I took the car to Mike's Auto Body, since they were good to me when I went to them 10 years ago. Mike was very personable then. I dread going through the process of getting quotes etc. knowing that the price and time would be an inconvenience to my busy work schedule. I drove my car in, hoping they'd give me a quick estimate at best and an appointment for (an estimate) another time at worst. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else. The price, though excellent, was secondary to the professionalism and respect the staff show me.

I was rear-ended, and they were quick to fix it with OEM parts as a Tesla Certified repair center. I'm really happy with all the work they've done. Robbie and his father were very kind and supportive of all my anxiety throughout this process. They were more than patient enough to sit through and explain the appraisal process with me. They explained that any additional supplements for extra work would be provided under the direction-to-pay form I signed with them. They helped reassure me of any doubts regarding out-of-pocket expenses. Thank you all again for making this migraine disappear. It was a side mirror and some paint from having my car sideswiped overnight. I dropped it off October 27th. I rode my bicycle by the shop two weeks later and seen my vehicle out front with zero work done. I called the following Monday and an employee told me that the owner was on vacation and he was the only one there and hadn't started my vehicle and wouldn't be starting it for a day or two. He informed me that the owner got back Thursday and he didn't know why he would schedule me for a repair while he was gone. They started the work this past Tuesday and finished today on Friday November 14th,a total of four days work. When I asked the owner if it was typical to schedule repairs with a customer only to go on vacation and leave their vehicle in the yard for two weeks before even being touched, he got defensive. When I told him I found it strange that four days worth of work required me to be without my vehicle for 21 days. He told me not to tell him how to run his business. This guy Mike Mercurio was more than unprofessional and clearly a dishonest sneak, who is ready to retire and wants to cash out as much as he can beforehand. BEWARE. Go anywhere else this guy will give you 100 excuses. Meanwhile, he's on vacation leaving his other employee alone with a full schedule is the real reason. Dishonest and full of excuses.
