Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations. If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted. Two minutes later we had an appointment in a few days. They could have repaired the next day but I had prior commitments. Don't be deterred by the area. Building is small with very little parking. Inside is clean and tidy. I was quoted 1.5 or 2 hours for the repair, nope 45 minutes later I was on my way. Wveryone I came in contact within this business was happy. Could I have gotten repaired cheaper? I don't think so, I found it affordable, fast and the work comes with a parts and labor warranty. Definitely recommend their services and will use again if need be.

What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

And both Debra and Jesse reassured me that they would take good care of me. I'm leaving a two-star review because the Glass Pros tech damaged my truck and the poor customer…read moreservice. I'll never use Glass Pros again and can not recommend them. Read on for details. The good: I emailed Glass Pros on Thursday, July 21, 2022, to get a quote for a new windshield. I received a quick response and a fair price ($239 installed). They scheduled service for Friday, July 22, 2022, and the technician arrived on time. The technician was friendly and professional and completed the work quickly. I inspected the windshield, verified the rearview mirror was installed, and paid the bill - in cash. Since the technician did a great job installing the windshield, I also included gratuity for the installer. The bad: The next day (Saturday, July 22, 2022), I discovered my turn indicator lever was broken when I drove my truck to an appointment. It was NOT damaged before Glass Pros worked on my vehicle. I contacted Sonny @ Glass Pros via email as soon as I discovered the damage and followed up with a phone call. Sonny was polite on the phone but indicated there was no possible way his tech could have damaged my vehicle. He did agree to speak to the tech and call me on Monday morning. Monday morning came and went, and no word from Sonny. I called him Monday afternoon. After a lengthy conversation with the underlying theme of "no way my guy broke your car," Sonny said he would send his tech out to look at the damage and figure out if they could fix my truck with junkyard parts. Not what I wanted - but I agreed to let the tech look things over but had no intention of letting him work on my truck again. Late Tuesday (July 26, 2022), the technician who installed the windshield and an associate arrived at my business to inspect the damage to my vehicle. The associate translated so the tech could understand as I explained how we identified the damage and showed them what was broken. Again, I learned that there is NO POSSIBLE WAY a glass installer could have damaged my truck. I hoped Sonny would make things right, offer an apology at the very least, or maybe even a partial refund to offset my loss. I didn't receive an apology or a partial refund - what I got was an insinuation that I must be lying. I know the truth, and so does the tech who installed my windshield. I gave up trying to get a resolution from Glass Pros; it was a waste of my time. I will not receive compensation for my loss, and Glass Pros (the Tech or Sonny) will not admit culpability. I have no recourse because I saved them a few bucks by paying in cash. Lesson learned. I gave up this fight - I'll take my lumps, and next time, I'll use a more reputable company for auto glass replacement and pay with a credit card! Your luck with this company might be better than mine, but if you have any problems after the installation - you might be SOL. If you use Glass Pros, Pay with a credit card and inspect your vehicle thoroughly and carefully before you pay!

As a side note, I'm not sure what See N Clear billed my insurance carrier but it was over $1000 and shows as an accident that has affected my coverage rating. Be aware. They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.
