Went through on 5/9. It was fairly busy in the middle of the afternoon (3/4p). I got the basic wash but it didn't really clean anything off the car at all. Unfortunately I drove home before noticing all the missed spots (lots of bird poop spots all over the top and sides by the windows). I immediately sent pics and my receipt to customer care which gave me the manager of the Euless location and I haven't heard back yet. I will not be returning to this location. I generally use the car wash up in Lewisville which does a great job but I was short on time that day. read more

Hi folks. Strap in. 1st world whine approaching. Back out now. You still here? Okay then, I gave you a chance. I am retired. I own a couple homes, water hoses, a nice power washer with the hand grip and bottle attachment for cleaners and waxes. I have the best of the 1st world. So when I go out to a car wash, it is because I am retired with more money and time than most, and can afford to get conveniences. Heck, the SUV I am washing can be taken to Crest dealership and detailed for free while I sip a free Latte, and have a complimentary snack or cookie. But I am near this new car wash. I have been once before a few months back. I got the basic wash, #4. This time, I am ballin' outta control and going for their bestest wash #1, Works. Lets do this. Okay so the ad says "Tire Gloss". That is not a trademark term for flat. It means glossy, shiney, like when I apply Armor All. My tires are as dull as dirt. So the car still had a crap ton of bugs on the front clip and mirrors as well. The ad says they do a 3 step wheel cleaning. Um, no. Wheels are still filthy. I go back and ask for another pass. I drove 5 miles past Cascades car wash to get here and try out your top wash, no way I am not getting what I could have gotten at my old faithful spot. I told them about the tires not looking as if anything was applied, and maybe the vat the glossy stuff is in was out and needs to be refilled. Two diff employees gave me what their boss said "tell them" obviously. That they use a water based product and it doesn't shine like the whatever based. But I pointed at my tires, clearly not glossy, not even the next lower step which is satin, not even matte. Bone dry flat as if I had just left Alabama red dirt. Some of that was still on the tires after two passes. Glossy is just what it is, no amount of corporate explanations change facts. You are advertising Tire Gloss. Not flat. It is in part an aesthetic effect some of us like for our cars, and not just to protect the rubber, but to make it shine like pow.. So save the bs and either change your ad and stop saying glossy, or lower the price. To take money for something you advertise, then not give that product is to me, theft. I cannot ask for a service you offer, and not pay you the price you ask, then you cannot advertise a service, accept funds for said service, then not provide that service, but instead some bogus explanation. It's lying. Plain and simple lying. Also, the vacs? They suck at sucking. No, not as in suction, but they are horrible at picking up debris. Not the stuff that gets stuck, but loose debris on the surface. And no, not that they are clogged, they just do not pull. I tried a couple. You could wear your back out leaning in as long as it takes to get up a crumb. Not worth it. Get it right. Fix it. I ate breakfast, I got a teeth cleaning from my favorite dentist, Dr. Coston, I have life in abundance and love. So this was not major. But for some, $20 is a couple hours on the job, real money. What if they have 100 cars in a day, and they are each paying the up charge for gloss, not getting it, then that is possibly $100 free moolah from ripping those customers off. in 5 days, $500. It ads up to fraud. Now I am thinking, is there reeeeeeally Ceramic Body Wax going on my car? I own some by Meguiar's. But is Tommy's really applying theirs, or like the Tire Gloss, is it just being advertised, but not really sprayed? It comes down to truth in advertising. If you lie about one thing, then how can I believe any of it? Fix it. I am going back with another car tomorrow. I am paying for gloss. I will submit pictures for your opinion of whether or not I am tripping, or they are defrauding customers. Then I am going to go back to Cascades, or maybe my lazy behind will pull out all this gadgetry I bought to wash my cars with, and handle my business in my own garage like I told Jeff Bezos I would when I gave him my money and he sent me my washers and stuff. I think he knew I wasn't going to use it. He knew. (I knew :o) All you lovely people beware and take care. I am out chea trying to find spots, review them to save us some bucks. I am not trying to discourage you from going to places, just to be aware. I hope you use them, and your experience is 5 star. But if not, please share with us, and maybe they will see our reviews and step up their game, or for sure, they won't be here long. read some other 1 star reviews. I should have listened. Cambria as amazing! Good customer service. The belts are amazing. And it's close to the airport.

Their water smells like sewage, and their customer service is just as bad. The tire shine doesn't even work, yet I'm paying $40 a month while other places charge $25 and actually deliver what they promise. The vacuums are set so low they barely pull anything, so you waste time trying to clean and end up with nothing. The staff act like they don't care, and the whole experience feels like a scam. For the money they're charging, you expect working equipment, clean water, and at least decent service -- but you get none of that here. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere. read more

I drove from Montana to Texas and my truck was a complete disaster. I was afraid to run it through the car wash that it would not clean it, and then add shine to the dirt, but Luis assured me it would be ok and it did in fact work great! The service get's 5 starts. I do agree the vacuums aren't great as others have said - not very powerful, but they aren't worse than other places, just not better. Luis made the experience great, so I would definitely go back there if I lived in Texas! read more

Came here and got "the works". After exiting the car wash, we saw that the machine had broken our license plate holder, which I have never seen happen in other car washes. When we tried to vacuum the car, the vacuums were useless! Not powerful at all. I saw the vacuum tube was broken on one, but when we moved to a different stall that vacuum wasn't any better! I've been to some great car washes, and this isn't one of them. The vacuums are useless, the machine is too rough and will snap plastic pieces (which cars are full of these days), and if you want rags to wipe down your car they charge you for them (which other places will give you for free) Would not recommend. read more

While the wash itself is excellent, I have yet to visit the location and not have a problem with the vacuums working properly. This in itself is reason for me not to purchase a monthly pass, and usually only go there when I receive a coupon in the mail for a free wash. Today I waited for the attendant at the window for 10 minutes for one car in front of me. I am not sure why, as it did not take me long, and the young lady was friendly. The prices upon this newer car wash opening was already at the top for pricing, so hopefully this will not change. The new style belt to pull your car is excellent. Each visit always has different people working, so it appears to have very high turnover of personnel. This is a sign of a lack of leadership. This car wash is great. It left my car really clean. Parking spaces are wider than your usual spaces so you can vacuum your car and don't have to worry about the the person next to you dinging your car. The vacuums are not always on, so you'll have to press the big red button to start it. The drive thru tunnel for your car wash is glass and you're able to see outside (this is a big plus if your claustrophobic). Tommy has found a new loyal customer with me. read more

The older black woman working the window, called me out of my name because I stepped on my gas while in line for about 10 mins and she stuck her head out the window and gave me a sus look. Then when it was my turn she did the transaction in a nice manner, then as I was driving off she said "bitch ain't nobody" I didn't hear the rest as I was driving off, I will be calling corporate . A beautiful new car wash that charges too much for a basic wash and the vacuums don't work. I paid $8 for the car wash. The tunnel is very nice. You don't get that claustrophobic feel because they have windows. My car got really clean and I like the screens telling me which wash I got and what's going on. After the wash I headed for the vacuum stations. There are plenty and the first one I pulled up to had one hose that barely sucked up anything. The other one didn't work at all. I tried the stall next to me and the suction was low. I moved my car to another stall and the vacuums didn't work at all. You have to push a red button to turn on the suction, but the vacuums either didn't work or didn't suck up much...so they just didn't work. Wash should be cheaper and at least one vacuum should have some power. read more

Used this place when they first opened and it did the job well enough. Went again today as I had some time to kill and the kid at the window was laughing like something I did was funny. Pretty unprofessional, but whatever. Then another guy comes up to the window and yells "whoa whoa whoa you can't come through here". And I asked why and he said because my rack on the back of my Jeep would rip apart their scrubbers. I've been through hundreds of car washes with this same Jeep and rack and have never once been told that. Neither one of the guys were professional about how they handled any aspect of their job. read more

Huge surprise and the quality of the wash was really good! Staff were friendly and polite. The vacuum was really strong and we were able to detail our SUV really well. I have been going to this car wash since they opened. And I'm not going to lie I keep a works membership. I enjoy the fact that I can drive in myself and I like that it's scans my license plate instead of having to have a sticker on my windshield. But the vacuums are the worst I have encountered. They don't pick up anything and honestly that's when they are working. Most of the time they have "out of order" on a piece of paper on the stalls. Plus I'm still in search of the mat washer. This place has a lot of potential but I'm wondering how long it will take for them to work out the kinks of being new. read more

Worst Experience Ever!! On November 4th , 2021 at 4:46pm as seen in the receipt, I decided to come wash my car to this brand new car wash that they opened up in the city. When I was going into the car wash I was instructed to put my car in Neutral which I did. As I soon as the car went in while the car being washed we felt something hit the back of the car !! As soon as that happened the washing machines stopped and one of the employees named Celeste asked if the car was on Neutral which it was. Celeste stated that the car behind us must of had his car on Drive and supposedly he had hit my car. As we proceeded finishing washing the car I got off my vehicle to check the back of the vehicle and it had a big dent!!! The car behind me had no type of scratch or dent on his car. The supervisor named Jestin stated that the one responsible was the car behind us and the car wash had nothing to do with it !!! I tried asking for the car wash policy to get this resolved with my insurance and they denied giving me any type of information. The supervisor Jestin told me he was going to get back with me about this case and until this day they have not got back to me. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! read more
