I opted for the $12.00 car wash . They are also equipped with vacuums that you pull into a stall and clean the inside of your vehicle. They also boast a full detailing area of your vehicle. They a promotional was for $24.00 a month, but you can use the washing as many times you wish for that month. They offer active military and veterans discounts. I purchased a one time unlimited one month pass expired 1/23/26 and then got an attempt to withdraw charge for 29.95 I never gave permission for. I want by several times during the month and the car wash was not open. Mr Thomas was deceptive. Be careful handing your card over to Mr Thomas. read more

I have brought a few cars here and really liked the results compared to other places. Billy seems to be my favorite attendant who's observant, professional, and gives outstanding customer service. Today is Sunday December 22, 2024 When I arrived at the car wash there was a child the only employee working. I teqia to speak with the manager. He came from somewhere just waking up. Gave me attitude because he was understaffed and could not perform the work I paid for. The young guy only polished my tires by the time he finished the sun had dried my car with spots. I would like to speak with the owner of this establishment to file a complaint this is the second time this dude has given me attirude. His customer service skills is zero to zero. Be cautious, I stopped by for a quick wash in my car. When I was done vacuuming I saw the scuff marks that were definitely not there before I stopped by. I told a young man and he tried helping but the manager stopped him and told me that they charge $20 to remove the marks. I told her that they weren't there before I got here. Another manager came to look and didn't say a word to me. The same young man who tried to help me offered for me to go through the wash again but what good is that going to do? If they have to ability to remove the mark why not just do it? I decided to leave and I'll have to remove the marks on my own. read more

Went today and waited behind 12 to 15 cars, which I did not mind, because we have had a few rainy days lately. I knew it would be busy. Commented to my son about how quickly they got the line moving. When I got home, I saw why. I paid extra for the wash that included the tire shine, and did not get tire shine. In addition my car is still filthy. I will need to take it somewhere else tomorrow. As I went through the wash a brush on the driver side hit the car and knocked the top of the driver mirror off. I went to have someone look for the panel and spoke with the manager and he just said there was nothing he could do except give me a free car wash, why would I take my car through a wash again the damaged it? I will always go to Trinity Shine car wash over that big fancy new one off of 183 any day. Trinity Shine has quality people and quite honestly, the car wash does the job better than Tommy's. I've been going to this place since 2014, and the attendants have always smiles, looked me in the eye and been courteous, and this is from the management down to the person shining my tires. Once they loaned me a rag when I left mine at home, and their vacuums do the job quite well as I appreciate the narrow tips of the vacuums because they can get all the gunk between the seats. Paid for the upgraded wash left with my car still dirty and needing another wash. Bugs still down the side, front, and window. The right side of the carwash didn't even have working brushes, they literally didn't spin or move out of place. I've used this car wash several times and the results are poor at best. The car wash totally misses the back of my SUV. Tires aren't well covered either. I finally tried the ZIPS in hurst next to my employment and the difference in like night and day. I won't be back to this place again. read more

I like that they have a pretty good wash, people to actually hand dry your vehicle and hand clean your wheels. Offer a full detail service for a reasonable price. Just wish they had longer hours, better equipment, and a little more professional employees. read more

The option I chose was supposed to wash the undercarriage. After the wash completed and driving over to the vacuuming area, I checked and the bottom of the car was dry. This has happened every time over the past year so I inquired at the office and only received a guilty look from the young lady I spoke with. Don't ever vacuum here I've had two cars brand new and the hoses will scratch the hell out of your dash and console if I could get them to pay me to replace this I would I'm so mad that brand new cars look like crap on the inside I don't hardly touch the vacuum on anything but the hose or something will tear up the finish on the console and dash it's ridiculous read more

When I say this place give grade A service I mean it!! My boyfriend has a membership here and we are joyfully greeted by the manager every single time. We have a large lifted truck & this was the only place in town that said we could use their car wash because of the height of the vehicle. After having a membership here for a little over a year and half we wouldn't want to take out business anywhere else! Everyone always does a wonderful job from start to finish. We also love that they have so many young people working here as well, and giving them a chance to work and earn money!
