Wash Masters Euless - Proof of cancellation email 7/14/2024 - Car Wash Near Me - Euless, Texas

The service was great and it was very convenient. And they got my car cleaner, but it wasn't clean. Even for drive thru standards. Earlier in the day my car had been hit by a fly by bird, it didn't seem to touch the droppings on the roof of my car. There are better quick car washes in the area. read more

This location is near my house and it's very convenient! I don't come as often as I should, but I'd say about 50% of the time I've received excellent service prior to the car wash. Majority of the time, they're very helpful in selecting the wash I want and payment. That's always helpful. They offer unlimited washes, if you're interested. But I don't get it because I don't have time to wash my car with the price of the unlimited washes. If you love having your car looking snatched, then this is the what you need. They have happy hour before 9am. Washes are half prices. It's a great deal if you're able to come. The car wash is pretty standard. Just follow the staff and his/her directions and you should be good. Put it in neutral and enjoy the ride. They always have towels available, powerful vacuums, and machine to wash your mats. read more

WARNING!! CAR DAMAGED IN CAR WASH AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS, CALLS OR FIX CAR. You've been warned so if your car gets damaged here just know they will claim they will fix it and then ghost you. They refuse to provide an incident number and/or their insurance info. My car's spoiler was ripped off, cracked, and car scratched. Manager, Camden Hall, claimed to make an incident report and guaranteed my son they would fix car and send incident report via email by end of day, but we never received anything. Only AI bots answer phones, even at "corporate". Will have to take them to small claims court if you want your car fixed. Horrible! After research, looks like the ownership of the company is scamious as well. Goodluck if you choose to wash your car here. read more

Please pay attention, this car wash is horrible with terrible customer service. I have been a member for a while with multiple cars. Last time I took my F150 through the car wash, their machine broke off my side mirror. Management gave me the run around for weeks. Acted like they cared and never did anything for me. They did not want to replace the mirror, they did not even offer me a free wash. The site manager named Camden Hall led me to believe that they were going to do something for me and nothing. I strongly suggest to not do business here. read more

ZERO STARs - Non existent customer service. I tried this service for a month. Only used it one time so it was not worth the monthly cost. You can't cancel the service at the location you must use their Google Docs cancellation form. I cancelled the service on 6/26/25 and have received a debit to my credit card every month. Yes, I contest it with my CC company and it gets removed but I shouldn't have to spend time because they can't manage their business. Or maybe this is part of the business plan. Sign people up and never allow them to cancel. read more

I've been a Wash Masters customer for over a year with two active memberships. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I was laughed at, insulted, and disrespected by two of your employees, which led me to cancel both memberships on the spot. I want to make you aware of what happened, something that can easily be verified on your CCTV footage. When I arrived today, I pulled in to check for open vacuums, as it's always crowded and space is tight. There were three open spots visible at the time. Chuy Mota stopped me and told me I had to go through the wash before using the vacuums. I explained that I preferred to vacuum first and that I had two memberships. His response was condescending and dismissive, he laughed at me and pointed toward the wash booth. His tone and attitude were unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Frustrated, I proceeded to the booth where Gabe Mendoza was standing. I could see he had already been informed over the radio and was laughing as I pulled up. He immediately began canceling my membership while mocking the situation. When I asked for Chuy's last name, he refused and said he would "call the police to have my vehicle moved." All of this over their radios as well. Mendoza also spoke the words to me "I am so sorry you're having such a bad day" {very sarcastically} Moments later, Chuy approached my Driver's side van, where I was finally able to read his full name, Chuy Mota, from his name badge. As I pulled through, he made a hand gesture toward me and sarcastically shouted, "Merry Christmas." From behind my van. He even should be able to be seen on camera gesturing to meet with his hands as I completed my wash and was leaving the facility. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially toward a paying, long-term member. I expect you to review the footage and address this issue appropriately. No customer deserves to be mocked, threatened, or humiliated for simply using the services they pay for. I own two businesses, and if these employees were under my payroll, and I were paying payroll taxes on them, they would be fired immediately, and the customer made aware. For safety if anything else. I look forward to your prompt response and an explanation of how this situation will be resolved. ASAP. read more

I never got a call back after I showed them video where my tire got slashed in their car wash. I tried to call the number on the website. It does not work. They've been telling me for months the number fixed....Very disappointed. read more

I don't usually make reviews as I keep them to myself, however some businesses do specialize in consuming up every resource they can and not fulfilling the obligations to the customers. Recently my wife took her vehicle through the wash, as she has done many times before, on this day she suffered some damage to her vehicle. It was documented by Camden that he would take a report, and she would be contact in 24 to 48 hours. My wife went to the nearest dealership and got an estimate of the damages. We have yet to be called by management to resolve the issue. In researching Wash Masters in Euless, I have discovered that every person that as damage to their vehicle has been given the run around with the intent upon them leaving and nit pursuing anymore, this is what a lot of businesses do. I have also discovered that Ali Sharaf the founder of Victron Energy is the owner of Wash Masters. I want to reiterate to Ali and all your employees that sit under you a stern warning. I don't know what goes on in your country nor your customs, but when my wife brings me an issue and she is quite upset, it is my job as her husband to protect her. Now I am about to tell you what is about to happen with your company. We are about to proceed through the local courts against your business, I will also be contacting the local city council and the county in lieu of your business, I will also be contacting the local news so that we can get your company documented as a company that is driven by greed. So you can email me at djohnson4826@yahoo.com we can work to resolve this with fair customer service, or we can have this thing out in the public view under the shade of the legal system. read more

Customer service was great but the wash itself was not worth $25!!! I was in and out in less than 2 minutes!!!!!!!! This was the quickest wash I've ever had and this is absolutely not a compliment. I did use the vacuum and that too did not have enough power to suction even l small crumbs. Please SAVE your money and go elsewhere. read more

Came here for the Haunted Car Wash! All the employees were helpful and very friendly. The haunted car wash cost us $30, which to me is not bad. We took our kids for some spooky fun, and our car came out looking all shiny and fantastic. I do recommend this car wash if you live in the area. read more

Great spot to quickly wash and the vacuums are always working. The service is typically good.

Every time I have come here it is usually busy. If you go on before 11am on some days the car washes are half off. Everyone who works there is friendly and not pushy about trying to upsell memberships. They don't force you to go bumper to bumper thru the car wash like most other places do. When you finish getting your car washed there are vacuums, towels, and air sprayers to make sure that your vehicle is completely dry. They sent out text messages periodically about different specials they are having. read more

BEWARE!!! I had a car accident inside the tunnel with a small child. Cars were being rushed in one after another hardly any space in between. Management advised of video footage the day of the accident and to help in any way. I tried following up with the car wash and nothing. They have ignored me. They have REFUSED to return calls or help. The car wash also took unauthorized funds of Auto pay and refuse to discuss as well. I asked for management and the owner regarding both: I left my name and number nothing. The tunnel is defective. Please be aware and safe guard your vehicles and family as this CAR WASH DOES NOT!! read more

They actually cleaned my rims! I've been going to different car washes in the hopes that my car (large sedan) will be decently cleaned for a good price and this place delivers! If you sign up for their text messages, they frequently send out free or discounted premium car washes with no strings attached. I got a free premium wash a month ago and my car still looks good! read more

Ridiculous to pay for an unlimited membership for nearly a year and was denied the use of the vacuum service today. I was told I must wash my truck first to be allowed to use vacuums. I don't want or need my truck washed at the time I pulled up just needed to clean up the back seat from my dog and leave. The two attendants would rather see me cancel than just let me use a vacuum when there was two open bays. That's just asinine. Do better! read more

Every time I've come here I've been greeted with the friendliest, most helpful employees. It always makes it such a pleasurable experience. They have so many washing choices to choose from there's always one that fits exactly what I need. I'm happy they're so convenient for me to use. read more

Very satisfied with this new location, the price is fair for the service. Technically it's self-serve, there's always an attendant on site to help if needed. The service includes cleaning clothes, pressured air and vacuum ofc, saves me a step of bringing my own drying cloth. Perfect for a quick wash if you're in the area read more

Employee scratched my car and window with a chain saw on Halloween and the corporate Facebook page blocked me for warning people about it. They didn't even offer me a subscription just 1 free wash. They couldn't fix the scratch in my window or door. I was only a few days post partum and they didn't care about me or my car at all. read more

Overpriced. Manager never there when you need him. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Absolute waste of water and money.

**BEWARE** I would give 0 stars if I could. I signed up for the introductory offer when they had their grand opening and asked the attendant if it would be a recurring charge. He assured me it would not. And then the next month I check my credit card statement and there is a charge for $34.99. Beware, they are predatory and liars. I called to cancel and ask for a refund as I did not use the additional month and they "apologized that I was mislead" but refused to issue a refund. I asked if it was ok that their attendant lied to me and they basically said yes, they were only sorry that I was "mislead". read more

Be leery of this place. I pulled up and was greeted kindly and said I'd order the 9.99 wash on their tv screen where you pay. She did explain that it was a monthly plan for 9.99 and that it was unlimited washes. So I said ok and tries to reach card reader. She helped by scanning card so my arm couldn't reach. Then she hands me receipt then is generating another similar receipt that she folds in half (me thinking because it's long like the first ) . Says sign and put number . So I do and hand it back and go thru wash. While in wash I unfold my receipt and see where 9.99 is the FIRST month and it automatically bills you $34.99 a month until you notify them in writing . So I went right out of the carwash back over to the curly haired girl and explain, that I want to cancel now while we are here . She said I could come back in a week and cancel . We are not from Euless. So I told her we are not from here and that's why I came right back to cancel it. (Disclaimer we are a city over which is why 9.99 isn't too bad when we do come over here a couple times a month, but not enough to pay 34.99 a month. ) So, she said ok . Took my copy of receipt and only brought back the slip in photo. So they KEPT my copy of the receipt where I initially made the purchase and now this little slip I have seems a bit hinky. My card was only charged the 9.99, but now I'm worried that next month I will have to fight with my bank and this carwash . Not to mention after this fiasco. I pulled up to the only available vacuum, and neither hose worked. Didn't they just build this carwash? One star because the actual wash did knock some dirt off . read more

We have used this location since they've opened, so a little over a year, and we have never had a bad experience. Each time we're greeted by their friendly employees they always offer value packages and they're very helpful. I also love the cool neon light show, it keeps my kids entertained. They randomly send you texts with free car washes which encourages me to go and do business with them even more. If there was ever an issue they were quick to fix it. No complaints from me. Keep up the great work. read more

So convenient and best value for your money. I have the unlimited wash plan my car is so fresh and clean after each use. This place is awesome! read more

Let me start off by saying this, when this car wash first opened it was really nice. Then again it was BRAND NEW. Fast forward a year or so and not only has the clientele of customers gone down that go here but so have the employees. Every single time I went here all that was playing on the radio was EXPLICIT hip hop music! They have signs posted everywhere NO LOUD MUSIC FROM CUSTOMERS but they as a company are allowed to play offensive music...? The employees are less then professional, not very helpful and the "managers" (Willy and Grady) are a joke. When something goes wrong while your in the tunnel these 2 clowns won't take responsibility for ANYTHING! Word to the wise if you have a full sized truck don't go here, your vehicle will be damaged and NO ONE will help you resolve the situation. I left my name and number for the OWNER to call me back about my experiences here and have yet to hear anything...go figure right? I shouldn't have to demand my money back, but if you do want a refund be ready to get into an argument....for $10! They won't be getting any more of my money, try carnation spa in bedford! Just remodeled and no problems so far.... read more

I've figured out this place when you pay for your wash the car infront of you gets it and you get what the car behind you paid for...prime example i paid for first class which the car infront of me got and the car behind me paid for economy and thats what i got. stop stacking vehicles a monkey can figure out time spans why cant y'all stop being impatient and ruining the car wash reputation and just do your job correctly, pull your head out your butt please your making this location look bad read more

I went to get a single car wash. I was charged $9.99. Apparently that $9.99 charge signed me up for a membership that cost me $34.99 a month. There was definitely a miscommunication during the transaction. I called the car wash and was told the owner would reach out to me. The owner called me back the same day and resolved the issue with so much professionalism. He took responsibility of his workers, apologized for the inconvenience and issued a refund. NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THATS HOW YOU RUN A GREAT BUSINESS. I'm not even upset about the charge anymore. Mistakes happen!! If I ever start to wash my car regularly, I'd definitely get a membership with these guys. Professionalism is everything! read more
