Yeah, there are plenty of places in Euless to get a car wash. Don't waste your time with Laser Wash. Drove in, paid, wash started, equipment seemed to come particularly close to the car. Did one pass, switched to "drive forward" and said "thank you" while the car was still 3/4 covered in suds. Pulled out, called the posted number and left a message. Received a response via text offering a free wash (why? the thing is broken), but no refund even though we were sitting there in a soap covered car. Went on to a competitor's location, bought a monthly subscription and won't be back. So many places to get a good car wash in this area, don't waste your time or money (and potentially integrity of your vehicle) on these guys. read more

I visited this car wash twice, and I don't plan on visiting again. The cost of the wash is fine, I didn't have an issue with that. I have a small car, so the cleaning of it was was done fully, and no spots were missed. Now, my issue. While in the wash, I kept feeling the brush bump my car. I always check my car prior to going to any wash that isn't brushless, I'm happy I did it with this one. When the wash finally finished, I saw it scratched my car on the bumper. Warning this is NOT a Touch-Free Laser Car Wash. This is a brush car wash. Now that that's out of the way. I got the $11 superwash. I finally got around to washing my car after 6 months. I had to because on the way back from Winstar an 18 Wheeler's Gas tank got punctured and sprayed my car with diesel going 75 on 35. I had diesel all over my car along with your usual dirt, grime, and bugs. It got my escape 85% clean and completely missed my side mirror's faces, and back license plate, the dirt from under my back glass dripped down onto the back of my car and it didn't even come close to drying my car. However, it was shiny and diesel free so I'm happy with the outcome I wasn't expecting miracles and didn't get any. I was just expecting something and I got that. read more

Both times I gave this place a chance, I lose money. Texted the number provided for my refund and they said for me to pay for another wash and they would send me a free wash. I needed to get my car washed and decided to check out this location. It was 3 cars deep and only one port was opened. I waited for about 20 minutes before it was my turn. $10 will get you "The Best of the Best" wash. I like that fact there is a wheel scrubber. This is the first car wash I've seen this at. My tires need some loving too. My car came out clean but it wasn't spotless. I can't complain as this location made my car cleaner compared to other places that I've gone too. read more

Good car wash for the price, but not a moving one-just one where your car stays out. Pretty good wash but didn't get it streak free on the left side, so I'll probably choose somewhere else next time. Vacuums aren't included and require cash/quarters or dollars. read more

This is the best car wash around. While it's not touch-free, it truly does provide the best wash by comparison. There is no free vacuum but that just means there is not a lot of people waiting to use them before you. The wash is well taken care of, I've been here on at least two occasions where the owner was present inspecting functionality & cleanliness. He even waved at the folks coming in to wash! Doesn't get my car that absolute cleanest. I had a grasshopper stuck to my hood and while it got all the dirt/dust off my car, it didn't do anything to that grasshopper. Anything that requires intense scrubbing probably won't come off here. But I've never had a problem with it getting dirt and dust off and making my windshield look squeaky clean. I've tried the basic and additional services and the washes have been excellent. One thing I really like is the easy drive in. You drive into the wash and stop once the light goes 'x'. You don't have to drive into a track with or without someone telling you to steer left or right (that stresses me out). Since my car is not pulled by a track like other car wash tunnels, my steering is not tampered with. I must mention that It is a lil tricky to locate though. It's between DQ and a gas station. I went by Laser Wash on Sunday I waited in line probably 20 to 30 minutes when I got there the Green Arrow told me to go ahead. The guy working the carwash told me he watched me pull through and it was red, after he told me the sign was broken. It would not wash my car, it acted up. I wanted to go through again but he told me I'd have to wait in line again. He did give me my money back, But that was terrible customer service and I felt like he treated me with blame. So I drove my happy car across the street and paid the same price for a car wash with a full detail. They even vacuumed the car for me, shined my tired and apologized about my previous experience. read more

I recently visited the Laser Wash of Euless on Monday night 5/19/2014, This is my new car that I only bought three weeks ago, I had been before and had no problems, and I have only used this car wash since I have gotten my car... this time once I got back home I noticed that there were SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE... I have tried to call them repeatedly, left quite a few voicemails, and even more emails. They are not taking responsibility for what their machine has done to my car. I will not be continuing to go to this car wash to clean my car... Especially since I am not getting a professional response from the company themselves about helping me take care of this matter. Expense car wash for what you get. $6 for car wash that doesn't even include for the air blowers to dry your car. Then you pay extra to use the vacuum which is timed. Save yourself some money and go across the street to the other car wash. read more

I get the $6 wash must of the time and I don't get my car washed often so it has a job to do when I do make it to the car wash. There isn't amyone whipping down the car or cleaninh the inside but for the money savings and exercise I will do that myself. This was my go-to car wash in town, but no longer. I washed my car there almost weekly but their south side bay is malfunctioning and they won't repair it. I'm tired of getting ripped off to the tune of $13.00 for their premium wash. The cleaning brush does not engage the left side of the car until it reaches the driver's side door, and then it lifts off of the car as it reaches the rear quarter panel. The wheel brushes never engage the front wheels. I've spoken to their attendant several times about this, but he just works there. I've also called their customer service number and texted also, but no response from them. There is a full service car wash directly across the street from their location and several others between my home and Laser Wash. I will be frequenting these instead from now on. read more

I have been going here for years with no issues. Today my phone came up missing as I was pulling out. As I pulled back in, the blue tooth kicked on when my car got close... Then the staff offered me a phone to call it and it was off. Meaning someone turned it off, because I just charged it up and everyone heard it connect to my Bluetooth. That's a guilty conscious... Took my crew cab 8' bed Silverado with a camper shell by today. Hadn't been washed in 6 months and was filthy and covered in bird poo. Got the $10 wash. Normally where ever I go they just spray off with pressure washer before you enter. At Laser Wash the guy had a big padded brush (like a push broom" and scrubbed hood, grill, windshield and driver's side of camper. THEN he pressure washed! Truck not 100% clean but for $10 they do a really nice job on a VERY dirty old truck! VERY pleased and will go back! read more

Don't pay for anything over the $6 wash. You dont get the RainX nor the LavaWash because it is broke. I paid $13 and it didnt work. They'll let you run your car through the wash twice instead if you tell them. read more

Originally stopped by because it was close to my house and the reviews were descent. Now it's the only place I'll go. The man that works there (maybe the owner?) is so nice and helpful. I was there one time getting a wash because birds had pooped all over my hood. He came into the wash right before it started and scrubbed my hood really quick to make sure everything came off. Car wash sucked ! I paid $10 ok no problem. I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado LT loaded. The first guy was nice, took my antenna off which was ok. I asked if they will put it back on at the end. He said yes. Well got to the end & the guy that does the towel dry did not put it back on, I had to ask. He did so but poorly & with an attitude. So I tighten back myself. Very slow when there is a long line, no way to back out once in line. Waited in line for 30 minutes for a simple wash because I couldn't back out. If you see a long line DO NOT PULL IN, you will be stuck. Wash was fine... not worth the wait read more
