However, unlike many other washes, they provide cleaning supplies and towels to clean the out/inside of your car. For that reason, I'll go back to this carwash, but I will not pay for the same wash. I, instead, will get the $11 wash and will detail my car from there.

But that's why we have car washes, and Carnation is a good one! I like having so many options.. I can wash/vacuum my car myself with their equipment, I can just go through the quick drive-thru thing (I think it's fun haha), or I can get my car hand-washed and polished and detailed and all the things. I'm lazy and don't want to have to leave my car, so I typically choose the drive-thru. It's fast, it's easy, it's affordable, and you leave with a shiny clean car.

There were 3-4 reserved vacuums that were for those who paid for interior detailing only. Otherwise, the vacuums are free. I parked to the side of the narrow lot and waited my turn. Luckily somebody waved me over after about 7-10 minutes. The vacuums worked well. There are two on either side available per car and the hoses are fairly long so that they reach the backseat of large SUV's. One of the attendants was even able to hand me a damp towel to wipe down my leather seats. Overall, it was a bit crowded, especially because so many cars were present. Be careful and considerate when opening your vehicle doors.

Went on to a competitor's location, bought a monthly subscription and won't be back. So many places to get a good car wash in this area, don't waste your time or money (and potentially integrity of your vehicle) on these guys.

I went through today and got another dent on the driver's side rear fender plus a pretty sharp ding on the upper left of my tailgate. I was watching it this time as I went through and saw how the brush on the left side swings around to the back and could ding it. I brought this to the attention of management. They said they doubt it happened here. Well, I'm pretty careful with my $70k Ram truck - and I see it closely every day. I'm pretty darned sure this is the only place it could have been dented in almost the same spot 3 times. I even asked what the difference was and was told the $44 is a thorough wipe down and much deeper clean than the $34 but actually it's the same thing. The guys cleaning the car don't even look at what we paid for. The mats in the car still had dried dirt. All the doors had shoe prints where the boys kick open the doors.
