I offer my highest recommendation of AUTO BATH CAR WASH, 4302 Little Rd, Arlington, TX 76016. Auto Bath Car Wash is under new management, and they have been doing a brilliant job of cleaning and detailing our Family automobiles. The staff is personable and professional. They work hard to clean every nook and cranny on your car, SUV, and truck. I've not only been getting our car meticulously cleaned at AUTO BATH CAR WASH, I've also gotten our Ford F-350 Farm Truck detailed to virtually like-new perfection. The team at AUTO BATH CAR WASH will impress you with the excellent care that they provide in making your car, SUV, and truck look brand new, just like it did the first day you drove it off of the car dealer's lot. read more

Normally I never leave reviews but I just have to warn people. If you have a car that's relatively low to the ground absolutely do not come here because I can almost guarantee you will get scratched. I've been maybe 4 times in the past month and 2/4 of those times I've gotten these scratches. The guys are great and really cool but management/owners seriously need to fix their drive thru or do something about this. And OF COURSE they have a policy that makes them not liable or any damages and I totally see why. I'm just letting people know so you don't come here and end up having to pay a couple hundred to get your scratches removed. But if you have a big car that's not low I'm sure you'll be fine. read more

My go to car wash , everyone is friendly and accommodating! I have a membership and there was a slight confusion on my end to which membership I signed up for and the manager and the gentleman that greets you were so helpful explaining to me and making sure I received the service I was looking for. My car was cleaned to perfections and you can't beat the price !!! read more

Excellent job washing car. great explanation of services. Car wash did a great joib on car. Great value for wASH.

We've been longtime monthly subscribers for two of our vehicles. We were sad to learn that they were closed, yet they should have provided information for monthly subscribers explaining how to cancel their membership(s), vs. just "Keep Out" signs on the windows. read more

2x in & still disappointed in final results. A $35 full service plus tip & you still have to go over windshields & vacuum... no thanks

I have struggled to find a car wash that does a good job anymore. I still don't like the drive through wash but the detail at the end was great. They did a wonderful job and I will return. I have a subscription at a different place I can go to daily but for a full inside clean I will return. read more

I did not appreciate the way I was treated and that the guy did not seem to really care. They said they were not detailing

Great service. Many amenities and friendly people. The bathroom is spotless and there's a cool waiting area.

I paid for the most expensive wash they offer and my car came out with a lot of scratches worse than any other car wash I've been to also the workers half way dried my car off they didn't spray they water out of the door handles and mirrors and when I got out to tell them they said that's not there job and I showed them that there was still soap all on my back bumper and the guy had a huge attitude I will never go here again worse part was it scratched my car up pretty bad read more

Great car wash and helpful staff. Vacuum cleaners are excellent. ONly place I go for car wash

Mediocre service. Barely worth the least expensive subscription if you sting or a wash frequently. I've been going for a couple of years and the lower right brush has never been fully functional. The worst part of the wash is the staff laziness. They used to always pre-scrub the car-just a quick once over. That would take big guys and built up dirt off so the wash could clean the car. The pre-scrub rarely, if ever, happens anymore which really makes this wash no better than a gas station automated wash. They're also in no hurry to come out when customers are waiting. The $20 basic unlimited wash is a better value than a gas station wash if you use it a lot. Just be sure you expect the same quality wash as a gas station automated wash. read more

I have been coming here for many years. It has changed hands about 6 times now. One thing people need to understand is if you pay for a $7 car wash. Your getting a $7 car wash. I always do at least the $28 full service and once every 3 months do the $50 super clean with the blowing out of the vents and all the goodies. I always tip the cleaners well so I get awesome jobs done. As a consumer I want my car done right. If I half way do my part so will the service providers. Take care of your provider and he will do an awesome job always!! read more

I've used this carwash many times. Lately though when I go in the job done is subpar. They never seem to be able to clean my interior windows efficiently. I may have to find another carwash. read more

These people work really hard to keep customers happy. Always have a good attitude when I talk to them. They don't smile much though. I give each of them a dollar each time I come. IF EVERY BODY DID THAT, THESE WORKERS WOULD LIKE WHAT THEY DO! C'mon man! read more

I came in to get a detail and shampoo. Most things are fine, but when I want a detail, I expect all visible parts to be nice and clean. There was still dirt in between the seats and on my back seat. Also the rim on my mirror was cracked before, but when I left, it was even worse and flapping in the wind on the highway. Not the best but not the worst. The people in charge were nice, but there seemed to be a lot of high school kids working there. When I was pulling into the car wash, it felt like they may have been laughing at me... So they could be slightly more professional as well. Update-- my car has smelled like a wet dog ever since I left. read more

Be careful using this place. First the attendant made zero eye contact with me while I was driving into the tracks. THEN HE HAD ME GET OUT OF MY TRUCK so he could aggressively spray my inside doors controls and speakers included. Drenched my carpet. No wonder he asked me to step out. It gets better, THEN THE TRACK STARTED WITH ME OUT OF MY VEHICLE! JUMPED IT OUT OF GEER AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE. Not a number to contact anyone in authority.if management reads please reach out to me or provide contact info read more

These people act like they're half pissed most of the time. I pay for the monthly service so I get my vehicle washed fairly often in a months time. However, I don't carry a wad of cash with me to tip these cya every time I come. But expect a nasty look and probably cussed at if you don't tip them. Moral: If you're not making enough money, DONT WORK AT A CARWASH ! And get those tire brushes working again since we're paying for that part of the service!! read more

This is by far my favorite car wash. I live in OKC and I make sure I get my car washed here every time I'm in town!!!

I've been going to this place for years now. Every time I leave here I've never left unsatisfied. I made the mistake going somewhere else and they tore my bumper off. I brought my car to this place and hadn't noticed it until later on that someone fixed it! This is where I'll get my car washed from now on! read more

Went today on my lunch break. Thais for dill service card wash. They did not do the windows at all or wipe everything down well on the inside. I heard there was supposed to be new management and it was better. Don't waste your time read more

This place is THE BEST car wash I have been to ! The staff of friendly and efficient! The store owner is the nicest person ever ! He helped me choose the best plan to get my car detailed . He even drive my car through the car wash simply because it sometimes scares me to drive through it sometimes. They always leave my car smelling nice and fresh ! The stains are always gone (if I had any on my seats) . I have been coming here for the past 2years and will not take my business elsewhere ! read more

The line was very long which was understandable because this was the first day with no rain after a couple of days. when I pulled up to the actual car wash nobody guided me or told me what to do they just expected me to know which luckily i did. after I pulled out of the car wash I pulled into a vacuum spot the only one that was open, just to discover that the vacuum had very little suction. overall I would recommend this place but when it's not busy. read more

Horrible! Just. Horrible! Paid for "premium service" and the car has water spots all over it. They didn't wipe down the interior and all around didn't clean the car well. Last time I will ever spend money there. read more

Went yesterday to get my truck detailed from the inside all I can say is I have absolutely no words to describe how much I love this place they left my truck looking brand new again!!! read more

I gave them another try and while in line the chain broke. I was asked to pull out of line to make room. I politely told attendant I was in hurry and wanted money back. He said he could not give me a refund. I asked to speak to his manager and was told by attendant he did not need any damn smart mouth. I drove around and manager gave me refund on credit card but refused to say a word. It seems they really don't want my business. read more

I stopped at this particular car wash out of convenience. I was in this area and had some time and thought I would get my new car cleaned up. This car wash is quit dated. Pulling into the lot is confusing as to where to go for what service. The staff was so so friendly. But the wash equipment was horrible. I thought it was going to beat my car to death. Most tunnel washes have the soft chamois type brushes that are gentle on your car. This place had older harder equipment that really was rough. I was glad to get out of the tunnel and anxiously inspected my car for damage. Luckily I found none. Not going back! read more

Very friendly staff and my car looks amazing! The paid attention to the details. Will definitely go back next week.

Don't even bother. this place provides ZERO service. I was the 2nd or 3rd car back and the attendant was like, "whatcha want?". when I seemed unsure, because I had no menu in front of me.. he simply walked off to wait for the cars to pull forward. no attempt to "sell" your product? nothing? I left. called the store, and was informed that the person I dealt with was, in fact, THE OWNER. not for long. cuz he left full details for 3 cars with leather interior in that parking lot when I left. ridiculous. this place used to be AMAZING. just goes to show.. leadership matters. read more

Got my Range rover alloy scratched by their shitty railing in the bay. When I complained they were not apologetic at all... instead told me to start getting hand wash for $50.... Very unprofessional. read more

Worse car wash ever. Paid for an express $8 wash, car came out still covered in soap. I was told "that's the way it is, we will dry it off for you". So rubbing the soap into the car paint is just what I was hoping for when I came through a car wash.... no apology, no empathy whatsoever, not sure how this place is still in business. read more
