They missed some spots on the inside of the door and the inside window. The spray they used to shine the tires over sprayed onto the car and it was after the guys had finished drying the outside. Since they didn't go over it again that spray left a spotty film on the exterior in a few places. I had to get a wet cloth to wipe it off when I got home and spotted it. I left a really nice tip so next time I will check it more thoroughly BEFORE I leave such a generous tip. I will be back but I may not pay so much for all of that extra service.

I wanted to make sure it was vacuumed and that the tires were Armor-All'd. I was outside for 12 minutes watching three employees work on one car (a small SUV) for almost 40 minutes. I decided to dry my own car. One of the workers (Oscar) was very, very helpful. He saw me wiping the car off and vacuuming it. He came over to do the tires for me and vacuumed out my tires. None of the young ladies (who could not speak English) ever came to apologize for it taking so long for them to get to my car. I assumed there was no Manager present because I talked to ISAN, who was in the lane I came through. I told him that I was going to write a review about the service. I don't know what has happened to all the guys who used to work there on your cars, but the young ladies are struggling. I saw that I was not the only customer enquiring about the service.
