I don't know what has happened to the great car wash at Wash Masters in Arlington, Texas, this morning. I got there at 10:08 AM. I wanted to make sure it was vacuumed and that the tires were Armor-All'd. I was outside for 12 minutes watching three employees work on one car (a small SUV) for almost 40 minutes. I decided to dry my own car. One of the workers (Oscar) was very, very helpful. He saw me wiping the car off and vacuuming it. He came over to do the tires for me and vacuumed out my tires. None of the young ladies (who could not speak English) ever came to apologize for it taking so long for them to get to my car. I assumed there was no Manager present because I talked to ISAN, who was in the lane I came through. I told him that I was going to write a review about the service. I don't know what has happened to all the guys who used to work there on your cars, but the young ladies are struggling. I saw that I was not the only customer enquiring about the service. Do yourself a favor if you choose to go here and you have tinted windows make sure you take pictures they scratched all 4 of my tinted windows the proceaded to tell me they didn't do it when they knew they did. Their quality has consistently gone downhill. Their customer service has never been one of their strong points. Today I asked, Brodie, a manager, why the kid at the entrance to the tunnel gave me like two squirts of bug juice on my windshield. I had tar and bugs. Went through and they were still there. I go back through and ask Brodie why the kid wouldn't squirt bug juice on the windshield as they have done many times. Brodie said, "We are not allowed to put chemicals on cars." How stupid do they think I we are? A car wash is nothing more than putting chemicals on cars. Brodie is a representative of this business. Zero effort to save me as a customer. I canceled the $35 a month plan on the spot. Brodie seemed very pleased with himself that he ran me off. Exactly the kind of employee I would never hire. read more

Because you can't give zero stars. Worst. Car. Wash. Ever. I have been using this wash station for years, it was always okay. Today they gave me the "special". A 5$ car wash that is on "sale". It's a scam to get you to sign up for a $19.99 monthly charge for "all the car washes you want per month". They no longer use the pre scrub brush, the cycle is shorter and DOES NOT CLEAN the car. After reading the reviews I am truly saddened that my negative experience with wash masters wasn't a one off and it seems like so many others are going through very similar problems. The managers here have no customer service they are very aggressive and unprofessional and only care about upselling you. When you do sign up for the trial membership they charge you even when they say they aren't going to and then they make you jump through all kinds of hops to get your money back such as calling and texting them back to give them time to review your details and they ask you to email and text them pictures and proof of everything and when you do they stop responding and block you. So unprofessional.... This company uses very deceptive business practices and I urge people to be careful if doing any type of business with this company. read more

Geez I just want a freak'n basic wash! Sitting here at Wash Masters for the last time and figured I'd review them so they can see why I'm not coming back. I'm adding a start because their staff is friendly, but that's about all I got nice to say. They charge so much and the service itself hasn't gotten any better or more consistent. When I've paid them to do a hand wax, I have several times had to go over and remind them to do the roof of my truck or SUV. The main reason for getting the wax treatment is to protect the paint from the sun, so the roof is a big part of that! Every single time they do a detail, the grill is never cleaned or even wiped down. On top of that, they used to offer decent deals when you got a detail service but now all they do is push their monthly membership and have jacked up the prices of the regular services to the point that I'm just not going to return. It's a bummer because I live very close to this car wash and have been coming here for several years. read more

The first time I used them it tore some of the trim from my truck. Not one person thought it was worth looking for. A year later I tried them again due to convenient location. My truck jumped the rail almost at the end. An attendant guided it back on. My truck came out completely wet with soap on the back half. I will never deal with them again. I got a coupon for a free premium car wash when I had my car serviced at the dealership. When I arrived, they said it would only be the outside. It would be $25 for the inside. He definitely should be promoted to have his own if this isn't already his own. As far as wash masters I always have to run my car through the car wash twice to get it clean. And I know my car isn't that dirty. I guess you guys can adjust Your brushes so every car gets clean. I'm not the only one because I talk to a guy the last time I came in a Camaro and he told me that the outside of his car wasn't clean. That he still had dirt on the hood and on the trunk and on the lower portion of his car, he showed Me Other than that. The monthly fee is kind of steep 3499 a month is not good. I am not sure if the car wash is on a maintenance schedule, but I can expect the car wash to stop every other visit for at least 30 - 45 seconds. Everything was perfect with the entire system-even the guys directing traffic. Love that. Have never been to one before with that service! They are awesome! However, the guy at the window who I paid for the wash --- I get that workers joke around with each other because they get along. You have to make work fun. So that's great. However, using really disgusting language while a customer is still there is not acceptable. I don't want anyone to be fired. The last thing we need is another unemployed individual. But he along with his buddies definitely need more training or some type of discussion with the head of the facility. I will not state the words since this is a public review. I was disappointed with my visit here. The biggest set back was that I didn't get the wash I paid for. It appeared from the lights that lit up while I went through the wash that they gave me a basic wash. I didn't have time to go back through. It took longer than what I thought it would to get the wash. There were many motorist that had the same thoughts as I did yesterday which was to get a car wash after work. Apparently something happened at the entry with the computer that took my order. The gate never lifted after my transaction. A lady came over to assist. I told her I was completed and waiting for the gate. She manually lifted it. When I got to the wash, I guy asked me for my receipt. There was quite a line in front and behind me. I threw the receipt away in a trash bag I keep in my car. I grabbed the trash bag to try and retrieve my receipt. Another gentlemen said something in SPANISH to the guy who asked for the receipt and I was waved into the wash. Car was damaged on Sunday, Sept 1. Manager (Antonio) was accusative, dismissive and would not provide any information to file a complaint. He actually didn't speak much to me, just said the camera showed him it was my fault (actually asked me where the broken part was... that the other employee went to get). Then he proceeded to tell me he would call the police...to change to say I needed to call the police. All this while leaving to attend to other customers and telling me I was a problem. Crazy thing is I've been a member for years, but recently canceled cause I moved. I know alot of the guys who work there. Anyway, police come and they make Antonio give me contact information to file a complain. Suddenly, the story changes and Antonio says he never said call the police, but I wanted to and that I never asked for info to contact someone. But the police officer was cool and handled the situation as he could tell I was frustrated with the experience. I work for a large business here in Arlington. And I am warning all my friends and colleagues to stay away. This is not the same business (from my experience) since the "upgrades." We were given free car wash passes by the car dealership for this establishment. As we sat in a line of two cars, we watched the attendant talk a long time to the people in the first car and then the second car tried to give him cash for something but he waved it away ( I wonder what that was about???). Finally, five minutes later, we showed him our free coupons, the terrible person at the front said that they no longer honored these free car wash passes. They said they stopped honoring them two months ago. There wasn't an expiration date on the pass. And he didn't say it in a nice way. No apology or an offer for a half price wash or anything. Just rudeness. I think he was lying about the coupon being voided. Since there were cars behind us, we were trapped and had to buy a crappy car wash. To top it all off, the car wash left our car still half dirty and with bugs all stuck on the windshield. Don't go here- this place is awful! read more

Who they are: STAY AWAY from this place!!!!! It has the worst customer service, car detailing service and MANAGEMENT. The manager's name is Juan G. His number is (214) 604-3431. I am posting it because he owes a lot of people money due to being ripped off at this place. He never responds! He is the one of many crooked, irresponsible people behind this place. He took no responsibility of the damage this car wash made to my car and claimed he could not do anything because his Egyptian supervisor decided to flee to Egypt and sold the place due to poor management & service. I frankly think Juan made all the story up about his Egyptian boss just to hide again from having a good pair of responsible senses in him. What happened: I took my car in for a detailed car wash, the people who detailed the car sprayed literally the inside vents with a hose causing all the vents to overflow with water. I had to take the car to Firestone where water was flushed out of the vents and I was charged $140. I have attached the video/pic. I went back to the car wash and an employee at that time showed me the video on THEIR camera that proofed what they did wrong.
