Friendly people working. Vanessa rocks. Went beyond what I was expecting a random car wash place would do.

The service provided was exceptionally smooth and impeccably clean, creating a highly positive experience. A standout aspect of the visit was the assistance offered by Tomas, who proved to be an extreme help. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond significantly contributed to the overall satisfaction with the service. This level of customer care, exemplified by Tomas's dedication, made the entire interaction remarkably pleasant and efficient, exceeding expectations. read more

I have been a member faithfully for years and as soon as their equipment scratched my vehicle up they denied my claim. Even though their Manager on duty the day of the Incident reviewed the cameras and told me he did not see any damage on camera when I pulled into the wash and I would hear something within 72 hours. Of course I didn't here anything from them and when I returned after 72 hours the other Manager told me that it was too late the previous day and he was waiting to contact me to day with the news that the claim was denied. How fortunate. read more

WhiteWater Express Car Wash - Damaged by car wash - Car Wash Near Me - Arlington, Texas

I visited this car wash for the first time and felt like the equipment in the wash tunnel was beating my car to death. I can't imagine what it's doing to the paint. Not sure I would go back. read more

Someone needs to retrain these people. They don't even know what neutral means. The employee was panicking trying to learn as she goes. Another one doesn't even know how the touchscreen works. read more

Their machine's tore off my rain guards and scratched my car and the kid with glasses up front said there was nothing they could do. What do you fucking mean? I understand the rain guards but it scratched my car. First time and last time ever coming to this franchise of car washes. I can hand wash my car better than this shitty place. I'd give this place zero stars, save your money and wash your own car. Fuck this place read more

The car wash is fine but the vacuums are set to a very low pressure which makes vacuuming a slow process. Probably need to stick with my other spot around the corner. read more

Thanks to them I now know what it looks like when you only shine one tiny spot on your tires. My truck is still filthy and in parts looks like it never even got wet. I'm goad I didn't do their promo as this was already a huge waste of money read more

Somehow an additional plan was added to my account and I paid for both before realizing their mistake. I called to have the additional plan removed and to get reimbursed for the additional plan which i did not use. I only have my one truck. I could not get through to a live person no matter how hard i tried. I still got stuck with having to pay for two plans when i only had one. I just cancelled both, the money was not an object, it was the inability to talk with a live person to correct their screw up. Watch them close! read more

Vacuums are pretty strong, I got the $10 wash and thought it was a great wash for the value! The towel stations are a great idea! They have an area where a stack of microfiber clothes are to dry your car at after! The drying machine is ok so you will need to use the towels! It's weird that the drying machine is so close to your car but it runs on hydraulics so it will lift up right as you are thinking it's broken, so they are giving you a trill with your wash. I always clean interior first, wash after and towel dry. read more

Fast and easy. You stay in your vehicle as it's pulled through the automated wash, finishing with compressed-air drying, and your car is clean. They provide additional services at extra cost, which I didn't need, but the basic wash is great. read more

NOTE: This is regarding the Crowley location, however there isn't a Yelp listing for that location to leave a review. I visited this afternoon to get a car wash and vacuum. I immediately vacuumed once I exited the car wash. The vacuum on the passenger side had horrible suction, so I ended up using the driver side vacuum to do the whole car. I let an associate know while she was changing out the trash. The car wash, honestly I wish I could get a refund. I still had bird droppings on my car. I won't be returning, I've paid less & had better read more

Been to many car washes in my time, and this one by far is the superior car wash. Service was great Devin and Landen took great care of me!

I had the best experience yesterday at the Bellmead location. Coby was amazing help me get my account set up with ease. Then he showed me what all the amenities that this location offered. Fred and Abe were great helpers too. It is so refreshing to see young men be so helpful and bring smiles to their customers faces. You don't see that often. Good Job!! I will be telling everyone I know. read more

I used WWE for the first time today, and purchased the Carnuba Gold wash. Not knowing what to expect, I was surprised how fast the wash itself was - you stay in the car as the system pulls you through. I'm guessing the system tailors what is done by where you are in line. Moist hand towels are provided in the finish area, which is a nice touch. I was disappointed in the vacuums, which were very weak - I didn't try a different station, and this may be an isolated issue. The car came out very clean and shiny, and I was satisfied. Probably will buy unlimited washes before next time! read more

I love car washes and base them off how colorful the soaps are jk .....(partially) I did the $18 wash which is the first option and the best. The staff are so nice and are out here in the heat cleaning and scrubbing our cars i hope they know how much they're appreciated. And hopefully they don't have to endure any sucky clientele. The wash is very powerful. So powerful i that i imagined my death by what if my windows were obliterated and the water pressure shot at my face it'll be such a tragic but clean ending i guess. (Six flags scares me so if that says anything bout my scaredy cat anxiety level..... ) but after seeing the light (and having it dried ) MY CAR is SOO SHINY. N CLEAN read more

I was so so happy going to WhiteWater! I went last minute to clean the travel dust/bugs my car before shipping it, and it had towels, mat washers and cleaning supplies to use for free. The mirror above the entrance to the wash to line up my tires was super helpful as well, not too many drive through car washes have that! 10/10 would go again. read more

I went here for the first and the last time today. There were places on my vehicle that were barely touched and still dirty ( by the license place, the part of the trunk where the emblem is, by the mirrors, etc.). I will continue to go the the other car wash up the street. read more

I went to this car wash earlier today simply to run my car thru a quick wash and take my son to the playground afterwards. I chose the $14 wash and when I pulled up for my wash I was pleasantly surprised to see two people ready to spray my car and prep it for the wash. That's a really nice touch. I expected this wash to be A1 now! But it was not. When I parked my car on the lot to dry it with the towels and vacuum I realized there were parts of my car that weren't even touched. They were literal as dry as if I had never entered the wash. This was in the hood of my car and on the doors on each side. I was disheartened. I paid $14 post pandemic for a car wash and I ended up wiping my cars dirt off the car as if I hadn't paid for anything. Truly disappointing. read more

We use the monthly membership and it pays for itself and saves a lot of money with being able to go wash the car after the unpredictable weather here in Arlington! You can go once a day every day if you want to! This is hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and the most maintained car wash in Arlington. If you were to go on their property, you would think the car wash had just been open for three months because of how clean it is! I saw that Tram N. said that the wash scratched the entire back fender and left soap on tires. The "soap" you see on tires is extra tire shine. Just brush it into the tires more and it should work itself in there. It's not that hard. As for the back fender, there is no possible way for the wash to do that. They have cameras placed before, inside, and after the car wash to capture any anomalies on the car prior to entrance into the wash tunnel. The scratches could have been from a long time ago, which he has failed to notice prior to going through the car wash because people only check their car for anomalies AFTER getting their car washed, and blames the wash for any imperfections they notice on their vehicle. Additionally, the material they use is designed specifically to not hold dirt and be gentle on contact with cars, so any further reviews about cars being scratched as a result of the car wash is more than likely bogus. read more

I highly recommend this carwash...staff are nice and friendly. The machine and the chemicals that the're using cleans my car well.

Great customer service! One day the wash was down and they gave me a coupon to come back. Being from out of town I figured I would never use, but I did try again next time I was in town. To my shock the coupon didn't work...I called for help, and they took perfect care of me. WhiteWater car wash is the only car wash I use! All of the staff is so friendly and polite! Jerome answered all of my questions and helped me choose which wash to buy depending on what I told him I wanted done. I like the option they give for the monthly membership ( I just bought my car back in May so I may or may not be a little obsessed with getting my car washed. What I liked most about this place was that they have those air hoses that you can use to detail your interior. Another small thing I thought was cool was the rug clip, where you can place your rug while you vacuum it. I visited this carwash yesterday, for the first time. I should have looked at reviews. First, I will say, the employees are very friendly; after that it went downhill. I got my truck washed ($18). Upon going to the vacuums, which had very low suction power, which other customers were complaining about as well; I gave up, it took to much time trying to vacuum. I inspected my truck, to find, a lot of dirt left on it, on the back side. I preceded to explain to a very nice young man, that my vehicle was not clean; he said it was residue left behind. He did accommodate me with another wash to correct the issue. I went through a second time, and my vehicle was still dirty; after that I chalked it up to a lesson learned, left without a fuss, and know I will never return to this establishment again, as I've never in life had this situation happen. On a good note, they do provide clean towels for your use, as an accommodation to wipe your vehicle down, inside or out. If it's sunny or hot, there isn't any overhead awning by the vacuums to provide shade, to shield you from the sun, like most every carwash I've been to has. The vacuum hoses are short, and provide a limited reach, so you have to position your vehicle in order to attempt to have the vacuums reach farther. I asked for tire shine, that never happened, tires looked as dull as when I initially drove up. Once again, 2 stars for friendly staff, the carwash itself is just lousy, which isn't their fault. read more

My husband signed up for the monthly service, but we decided we didn't really use it and tried to cancel. Cancelled on the website. Still got charged. Called and emailed. Received a copy of our cancellation, but still getting charged. This has been going on since May. We have been charged now for 4 months for a service we are not using and requested to be cancelled. We bought the $18 wash. My car came out sort of clean. The vacuums did not work. I feel ripped-off.
