I have been a member faithfully for years and as soon as their equipment scratched my vehicle up they denied my claim. Even though their Manager on duty the day of the Incident reviewed the cameras and told me he did not see any damage on camera when I pulled into the wash and I would hear something within 72 hours. Of course I didn't here anything from them and when I returned after 72 hours the other Manager told me that it was too late the previous day and he was waiting to contact me to day with the news that the claim was denied. Somehow an additional plan was added to my account and I paid for both before realizing their mistake. I called to have the additional plan removed and to get reimbursed for the additional plan which i did not use. I only have my one truck. I could not get through to a live person no matter how hard i tried. I still got stuck with having to pay for two plans when i only had one. I just cancelled both, the money was not an object, it was the inability to talk with a live person to correct their screw up. Watch them close! read more

Vacuums are pretty strong, I got the $10 wash and thought it was a great wash for the value! The towel stations are a great idea! They have an area where a stack of microfiber clothes are to dry your car at after! The drying machine is ok so you will need to use the towels! It's weird that the drying machine is so close to your car but it runs on hydraulics so it will lift up right as you are thinking it's broken, so they are giving you a trill with your wash. I always clean interior first, wash after and towel dry. read more

I immediately vacuumed once I exited the car wash. The vacuum on the passenger side had horrible suction, so I ended up using the driver side vacuum to do the whole car. I used WWE for the first time today, and purchased the Carnuba Gold wash. Not knowing what to expect, I was surprised how fast the wash itself was - you stay in the car as the system pulls you through. I'm guessing the system tailors what is done by where you are in line. Moist hand towels are provided in the finish area, which is a nice touch. I was disappointed in the vacuums, which were very weak - I didn't try a different station, and this may be an isolated issue. The car came out very clean and shiny, and I was satisfied. I was so so happy going to WhiteWater! I went last minute to clean the travel dust/bugs my car before shipping it, and it had towels, mat washers and cleaning supplies to use for free. The mirror above the entrance to the wash to line up my tires was super helpful as well, not too many drive through car washes have that! 10/10 would go again. read more

I went to this car wash earlier today simply to run my car thru a quick wash and take my son to the playground afterwards. I chose the $14 wash and when I pulled up for my wash I was pleasantly surprised to see two people ready to spray my car and prep it for the wash. That's a really nice touch. I expected this wash to be A1 now! But it was not. When I parked my car on the lot to dry it with the towels and vacuum I realized there were parts of my car that weren't even touched. They were literal as dry as if I had never entered the wash. This was in the hood of my car and on the doors on each side. I was disheartened. I paid $14 post pandemic for a car wash and I ended up wiping my cars dirt off the car as if I hadn't paid for anything. Truly disappointing. read more

We use the monthly membership and it pays for itself and saves a lot of money with being able to go wash the car after the unpredictable weather here in Arlington! You can go once a day every day if you want to! This is hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and the most maintained car wash in Arlington. If you were to go on their property, you would think the car wash had just been open for three months because of how clean it is! I saw that Tram N. said that the wash scratched the entire back fender and left soap on tires. The "soap" you see on tires is extra tire shine. Just brush it into the tires more and it should work itself in there. It's not that hard. As for the back fender, there is no possible way for the wash to do that. They have cameras placed before, inside, and after the car wash to capture any anomalies on the car prior to entrance into the wash tunnel. The scratches could have been from a long time ago, which he has failed to notice prior to going through the car wash because people only check their car for anomalies AFTER getting their car washed, and blames the wash for any imperfections they notice on their vehicle. Additionally, the material they use is designed specifically to not hold dirt and be gentle on contact with cars, so any further reviews about cars being scratched as a result of the car wash is more than likely bogus. read more

What I liked most about this place was that they have those air hoses that you can use to detail your interior. Another small thing I thought was cool was the rug clip, where you can place your rug while you vacuum it. I visited this carwash yesterday, for the first time. I should have looked at reviews. First, I will say, the employees are very friendly; after that it went downhill. I got my truck washed ($18). Upon going to the vacuums, which had very low suction power, which other customers were complaining about as well; I gave up, it took to much time trying to vacuum. I inspected my truck, to find, a lot of dirt left on it, on the back side. I preceded to explain to a very nice young man, that my vehicle was not clean; he said it was residue left behind. He did accommodate me with another wash to correct the issue. I went through a second time, and my vehicle was still dirty; after that I chalked it up to a lesson learned, left without a fuss, and know I will never return to this establishment again, as I've never in life had this situation happen. On a good note, they do provide clean towels for your use, as an accommodation to wipe your vehicle down, inside or out. If it's sunny or hot, there isn't any overhead awning by the vacuums to provide shade, to shield you from the sun, like most every carwash I've been to has. The vacuum hoses are short, and provide a limited reach, so you have to position your vehicle in order to attempt to have the vacuums reach farther. I asked for tire shine, that never happened, tires looked as dull as when I initially drove up. Once again, 2 stars for friendly staff, the carwash itself is just lousy, which isn't their fault. read more

Received a copy of our cancellation, but still getting charged. This has been going on since May. We have been charged now for 4 months for a service we are not using and requested to be cancelled. I had brought my car to this car wash because of the reviews and during the car wash selection I had chooses the premium one with the ceramic coat and wash but it turn out to be the worst, first I had pulled into the bay it said on the sign that it would take off the bugs which did happened at all, and the mirrors were pulled in and the machine pulled the mirror out and once I pulled out of the wash bay to clean the interior I notice that it had left a scratch on my door and it didn't even clean the outside of the car at all. Tried this place this morning just before the sun debued on a typical Texas day in August. The staff was friendly and attentive almost on a level that is suspicious....but it's probably just me. Annnnywayz they do give your car a pre wash soap up and insist on you having a great day just before you enter the tunnel of colorful foamworks. The soap is abundant and the water jets are strong.
