B1 - Thai Iced Tea and F1 - Pineapple Fried Rice

Cute little place with parking spaces! Great food ! We ordered the pineapple fried rice with beef with medium spicy And Thai iced tea

Jenny no customer friendly. Not comfortable in this uncomfortable environment with waitress Jenny. Walks away if we ask too many questions. I regret coming here

The food is so bad! Big chunks of vegetables, instead of finely chopped veggies, in the fried rice with absolutely no taste at all!! Pineapple fried rice has no pineapple in it. Roti kanai with roti that is uncooked and curry as much as a chutney bowl. The food is so bad and doesn't even taste like Thai food. Plus it is so expensive. Not worth it at all.

Such a cozy little spot with warm vibes and friendly service -- perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with family. The Spicy Catfish was absolutely amazing, packed with flavor and heat. The Garlic Butter Noodles were a huge hit with the kids -- simple, buttery, and perfectly cooked. We also loved the Chicken Satay -- tender, tasty, and a crowd-pleaser for both kids and adults. The Tom Yum Soup was spot-on -- savory, tangy, and super satisfying. Next time I'm definitely going to try their higher spice levels! For dessert, the Mango with Sticky Rice was nice and fresh, though a scoop of ice cream would've made it perfect. Generous portion sizes make it easy to share dishes, especially if you're dining with a larger group. Overall, a great spot for flavorful Thai comfort food and a cozy family lunch/dinner!

I've been coming here for the past year and food been consistent. My go to is pad see ew. It never fails. Service is a hit or miss. They sat quickly on a Friday.

Everything about this place was amazing! The food was perfectly spiced. Also the best bonus was the staff!!!

Peanut Sauce Chicken

Unassuming spot with a tiny parking lot. I see half the business are from to-go order pickups on a Wednesday night. The portions were big and food was solid. This is your straight forward, no fluff Thai comfort food. I never had peanut sauce chicken before but I love peanut butter and dishes. This ran too sweet and I'm sure has cups of sugar in it. Pad See Ew was decent. Spicy Basil Fish had big pieces of fish and lots of peppers too. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area and craving Thai food.

N7 - Noodle Garlic Butter Sauce

Ordered here for lunch. The food was below average In my opinion. The garlic noodle did not taste very flavorful. Also the noodles were on the oily side, I asked for it to be spicy, but it didn't taste like they added anything in. Had more of a soy sauce taste to it. Gave two stars because the sticky rice was decent but I have had better at other Thai restaurants.

I discovered this place about two months ago. Every Tuesday and Wednesday, I order my son and myself fresh spring rolls with tofu. On Fridays, my son and I take my father-in-law here for a meal. The food is incredibly delicious and served very quickly.

We ordered delivery. Everything arrived warm, which was nice and showed care in how it was packed. We had asked for our dishes extra spicy, but most of them came out pretty mild. The pad see ew had good protein but was a bit low on broccoli and the flavor felt a little flat. The catfish was flavorful, soft, and nicely flaky -- definitely a highlight. The larb wasn't quite what I'm used to; it missed that tangy, fish-sauce kick I usually enjoy. Even though it's a 3-star experience for me, there were still some bright spots and thoughtful touches.

Food is delicious and came out quick! Thai tea is always a favorite to get while eating here.

Tommy Thai is a convenient spot when we want a quick bite close to home. The food is pretty tasty, the service is fast, and the portions are generous -- we usually eat half and take the rest home. Last time, we had the papaya salad (the best dish), spicy catfish (pretty good), and crispy beef, which I think I liked even more than the fish. Overall, everything was flavorful. I wouldn't call this my favorite Thai place, but I definitely don't mind coming back.

Good food, great ambience, friendly staff and service was super quick! Would absolutely recommend!

Perhaps the best restaurant in Mountain View. Good blend of tasty food and reasonable price. Try the roti and the pineapple fried rice!

The Amok is my favorite dish on the menu. It's made of catfish marinated in coconut, lemongrass and guajillo peppers that is slow baked in a banana leaf and topped with coconut cream sauce. The way it is cooked gives this dish a soft soufflé- like texture. For those of you who don't like fish, this is the dish to try. You wouldn't know it is fish at all! Was my first time having the dish so don't have a point of comparison, but I thought it was really good--I love the texture of steamed egg and to me it was basically a very flavorful egg soufflé. On the smaller side though so you may want to order something else if you're hungry and looking for volume. Server was friendly and helpful with providing recommendations and explanations of dishes. Be sure to ask about the specials! Restaurant was pretty quiet when we visited Saturday lunch, so it was nice to enjoy a peaceful casual meal. Simply but nicely decorated place!

We got the Penang braised beef, pad see ew, pad ka pow, Thai hot pot, and mango sticky rice. The Penang braised beef is basically like the Penang curry - very rich, well spiced, and the beef is tender. My favorite dish here. Pad see ew is good but fairly standard - pricing is pretty high for a dish like this - $20+ for a noodle dish. The pad ka pow is good - something I normally wouldn't get, in favor of curry, but it was great for sharing and open up my horizons beyond my typical order. Thai hot pot for $35 was really disappointing - there is good amount of beef but they do not do a good job with the meat cuts and it is easy to overcook due to the constant fire inside cooking up the soup. Mango sticky rice is good - mangoes were sweet and fresh, but the rice was on the undercooked side. Service is good as water refills were present and they brought the dishes in a timely manner. Overall, decent Thai food, but coming from Seattle, this did not wow me the same way as my friends do who live around this area.

Great flavor, big portion size but chicken was a little dry. Green curry with Tofu: 8.5/10. Creamy but with an awesome bite that makes your nose run a little but doesn't overpower the flavor of the dish with heat. Packed with veggies (I loved the corn and eggplant). Veggie samosa: 9/10. Could have been perfect, but the inside wasn't warm. Still ordering it again next time I go! The woman who was taking care of everyone seated (about six full tables) was kind and welcomed us to come back which I appreciated. The parking was a little tough even on a Wednesday at 1 PM. All in all, it was really enjoyable and I'll definitely be coming back with my buddies!

The service we received was good, they were attentive. That said, I dislike the 4% employer mandates fee that they added. Even though it is stated in the small text in the menu, it is still sketchy. Just add that to the price from the beginning so we know what we expect to pay, instead of adding extra cost at the end, when we receive the bill. Here's what we ordered: - Pandan creme brulee: has good Pandan flavor, but I don't think I actually like creme brulee in general (I prefer Flan) so I can't say about this one. - Siam spice cocktail: good. I'd order again - Clay pot cod: cod was cooked to perfection. Overall, it's good but from a Vietnamese point of view, I think it could be better - Garlic prawn noodles: prawns were good, my family said the noodles were very flavorful. - Tamarine prawns: my favorite. Really delicious, love the crunch from the fried tiny noodles - Shaking beef: not my favorite. It didn't have the flavors I'm looking for from shaking beef. However, my husband still liked it. The meat was very tender. - Blue crab tacos: loved the crunch and the crab flavor - Empress rise: yummy sticky rice - Sunrise in Hanoi cocktail: this looks cool but the flavor is just okay.

I'd recommend the clay pot cod, the tiger prawns & garlic noodles, and the garlic fried rice. The blue crab tacos were highly recommended to us but there was a lot of rice in the taco and the flavor overall did not impress me. The shaking beef was tender and cooked well, but was nothing special. Overall, the portions were very small for the price. The restaurant is nice, the bathrooms are clean, there's plenty of bar seating. The service was underwhelming - our server seemed unhappy to be there and did not crack a single smile the entire night. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, but it was nice to finally try this restaurant that has been in my Yelp bookmarks for a few years.

Though it was Saturday noon, we found free covered parking at Menlo Center Plaza off Santa Cruz Avenue. True to online postings, this restaurant had vibrant & faux flowery decor. Our large group of 8 was seated in the main dining hall with another large group. The menus of specials and cocktails with colorful F&D photos reminded me of touristy European restaurants. I had the hot Japanese sencha while my wife got the Thai Iced tea served with a crushed iced ball on top. Roti Mataba, Crispy Egg Rolls, Farmhouse Wings and Crispy Calamari were our starters for this gang of eclectic diners. I shared with my wife the Panang Neua (braised beef in curry sauce) and Pad See You which came gorgeously plated with generous servings. We were able to sample the Crab Fried Rice and Tom Kha from our dinnermates. Ruk Na (love you) Platter was the underwhelming dessert combo of Thai Vacation, Sticky Rice (no mango), Chocolate Cake with fresh fruits and a macaron. To be described as IG worthy in the menu wasn't accurate IMO. It must've been an off-day in the kitchen when they were prepping this "leave the choice up to us" plate of sweets. Food was way flavorful than regular Thai restaurants we've been to. The common complaint is the very pricy food. The staff was nice though. They even acknowledged our request for photos. Even with the setbacks, this was a nice lunch with this group.
