She said it must have made a duplicate order and She asked for the last 4 digits on our bank card and wrote them down on the receipt. A bit of a wait for our food (not crowded inside, but i think they were filling online orders too) but the dad joke book they had out kept us occupied to passed the time. The meat in the Philly was delicious and flavorful, but I didn't like the bread. It was hard in some places and I ended up just eating the meat out of the bread. The potato salad alone wasn't that good, but mixed with the beans (suggested by the lady at the register) and the mix was good. The beans were served in foil, which caught me off guard. The fries were okay. They had other things for sale at the register (desserts, hats, purses, etc).

I replied that they don't belong on a cheesesteak, not a real South Philly cheesesteak. My few shrooms and sweet peppers were an additional $3. Ouch. Peppers come with a real cheesesteak; there should not be an additional charge. Service was fast and the kitchen crew was especially efficient. Everyone working kept the place clean. Ambiance is also nice. It's got a Philly sport bar vibe to it, with Philly banners on the wall and TVs high up in all directions. There are also eight craft beers on tap but I had a $3.49 Coke Zero instead. When my insanely overpriced $23 chickenless cheesesteak arrived, I was again disappointed in the lack of flavor. I tasted no spice in the beef. The bread was not fresh, either. I should have ordered Cheese Wiz instead of natural Provolone because the chemicals in that orange concoction would have added some flavor My friend liked his cheesesteak but added that the place in Sierra Vista makes a much tastier cheesesteak than Frankies, for half the price. Even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Im not a beer drinker but they also have a drink promotion. The restaurant itself has more of an older, classic feel, but it's clean and well-maintained, and the graphics and décor are fun and charming. My wife and I absolutely loved Grumpy's. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and young at heart.
