Peppers come with a real cheesesteak; there should not be an additional charge. Service was fast and the kitchen crew was especially efficient. Everyone working kept the place clean. Ambiance is also nice. It's got a Philly sport bar vibe to it, with Philly banners on the wall and TVs high up in all directions. There are also eight craft beers on tap but I had a $3.49 Coke Zero instead. When my insanely overpriced $23 chickenless cheesesteak arrived, I was again disappointed in the lack of flavor. I tasted no spice in the beef. The bread was not fresh, either. I should have ordered Cheese Wiz instead of natural Provolone because the chemicals in that orange concoction would have added some flavor My friend liked his cheesesteak but added that the place in Sierra Vista makes a much tastier cheesesteak than Frankies, for half the price.
