Finally made them realize after about six months of empty promises and bullying no meant no. Then they had the nerve to send a bill for $260.00 for materials. Did I mention stepdad was 84 years old at the time? I talked to them for a couple months and they laid the same song and dance on me. The materials are coming blah blah blah.
