Wonderful selection of many designers and themes, accessories, threads and many many fabrics to choose from. The owner was present and VERY helpful. I chose several patterns and she helped me select fabric for each in the count that I needed then she cut the fabric to size and STITCHED THE EDGES SO IT WOULD NOT FRAY!!!!!! What a life saver!!! That might be true, except if it is a defective product and is no longer carried, the customer is out of luck. I bought $250 worth of yarn for my church prayer shawl group. 2 of the skeins I wanted to return because the product did not knit well. I used half of one and did not try to return it. The fibers came untwisted and stretched where another color was inserted to make the confetti effect. They refused to take them other two back, because it is no longer carried. My guess is it was discontinued due to this problem! So instead of refunding $7 or allowing me to get 2 different skeins, they made an unhappy customer. Not exactly good for a store that professes Christian values. Michael's is right across the street!

He was also very nice and highly professional. He mostly focuses on small jobs, which is perfect for me considering other places I asked were backed up multiple weeks with larger jobs taking priority and giving me a much higher quote considering it was such a small job. We're definitely recommending go back if needed!
