I had just recycled the small box they came in. I brought the recept back to the store with the cartridges and the Manager of the N. Telegraph store in Monroe MI Said, "no box, no return." I asked where they had a sign denoting that if you had an issue with print ink cartridges you need to Bring them back in the original packaging. No sign. I am notifying the BBB about this loss of $105.99

Because of time constraints, I needed a faster fix, so while on the phone, he walked me through a few things and... voila! It worked.
