Generators Plus also had never done such an install, but they were willing to try. That was very important, of course. During the install they were having difficulty getting the desired connectivity. Following much anguish & many discussions with Ford, Ford sent a new charging unit. So the brand new unit Ford had originally shipped me was defective. Most would not think a new device was defective, but Generators Plus was able to determine this. When the replacement charger was received, they had everything working well rather quickly. I was impressed that they were willing to do the job, they figured out that Ford had sent me a defective unit, and they were very polite, cleaned up their work and were just as friendly as could be.

I replaced the heating element, didn't fix the issue so I called Family Heating & Cooling because it's the only other thing that could impact and they said "couldn't be us". I purchased a new dryer, set it up and no heat. Called Family Heating & Cooling back. They maintained it didn't have anything to do with the gas line but a manager finally came out. The line coming down the wall was not fasten to the wall and in time slipped and the shut off valve engaged thus NO HEAT to the dryer. Due to their "incompetent" work, I had to purchase a new dryer that I didn't need. They did not compensate me ANYTHING. NO Good Faith, NO we will share the cost, NO we're sorry. It's how companies handle adversity and challenges that determines if their brand and company promise is real ...
