I cannot begin to report that Durochers had the best salespeople and delivery workers I have ever seen in the appliance business. For starters, saleswoman Kathy C. went out of her way to help me with scheduling my most recent delivery. Even on her day off, she kindly helped me with some questions I asked her about. The delivery and installation men were Superlative. I had the best experience with Justin and Stephen. They were very prompt and gave me updates on when they would arrive, complete with texted maps of where they were in terms of getting to my house. Their installation was very well done, and I contribute that to the attention to detail they had in doing it. They was extremely courteous and respectful. I give Durochers great credit for having delivery and service people like these two young men. Outstanding! I have always been pleased with the appliances, service and delivery at Durochers. In addition when I needed a broken refrigerator shelf replaced the service department was excellent. I actually received the shelf a day after I ordered it. I was also given information on how to get reimbursed by the glass company as the shelf was still under warranty. ( I want to add that I had a $500 gift certificate from Lowes that I could have used, but preferred to deal with Durochers instead. By dealing with them I avoided the aggravation and hassles in dealing with a big box store that I felt could care less about its' customers).

When our microwave broke and their technician declared it unrepairable they told us our warranty was only for our stove. After locating our records of the warranty for ALL appliances the store then refused to honor it because we hadn't "paid" for the warranty. After many calls and emails sent of our paperwork they finally agreed to replace the microwave. Over two weeks went by with no communication or response to my emails. They then tried to return to our home for a "necessary second look", to which I refused and informed them they could not enter home without a replacement. They only reversed their stance, apologized, and fast-tracked a replacement after I filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney. Their actual customer service when a product fails is unacceptable. Check your paperwork carefully if you buy here!!! KEEP YOUR OWN RECORDS!!

I won't be going away until you correct this defective fridge. Check the other negative reviews. It's been awhile since I have seen any business with so many bad reviews. AC wears them like a badge believing people will go away. Complaints have been made with the BBB and the Ohio State Attorney Generals' Office. I was scheduled for delivery, left work, and they never showed up. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule at all. We rescheduled. I left work and waited. The driver called me from nearby to double-check that I actually wanted both an electric dryer and a gas dryer (which were the two items they had on the truck). Of course, that is not what I ordered, so they took both items back to the warehouse and rescheduled again. I left work and waited. I eventually called to ask where they were and they told me my appliances had already been delivered (on the day/time the driver called to ask if I wanted two dryers). Once I explained what happened (and they confirmed the situation as if I was just making it up to get another set), we rescheduled. Finally! I get my washer and dryer. It's been weeks, at this point. The washer didn't work from the moment it was plugged in. I called to let them know and they told me I had to go through the warranty company. I (very frustrated, already) called the warranty company. The agent I spoke to told me that is complete nonsense. They delivered a defective unit to me and I needed to call them back and demand a replacement. I did and they delivered a new one, with every person I spoke to along the way telling me how they were doing me a big favor...for replacing a defective unit they delivered to my house...RIDICULOUS! Well...here we are, just over a year later. The washer no longer locks or spins...and guess what? My warranty is up as well. I KNEW not to go back. I knew. Yet, I tried again. I am the queen of second (and third and fourth) chances. (That's why they didn't get a bad review a year ago.) Never again, though. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. I purchased a washer from Quality Appliances on 2/26/24. The washer was to be delivered that night…read more It was not. It was delivered 2 days later. No big deal but when I went to use the washer it did not drain. I tried every cycle BEFORE I called them. When I did call I was told someone would be out to repair the issue. No one showed up. I kept calling since the washer was the most expensive in the store AND I was still having to go to the laundry mat. They finally send someone after 2 and a half weeks. He "fixes" it and still the washer does not drain. Now I call back the very next day and they take my information again, promise to send someone out and DON'T SHOW UP! I have been getting the same song and dance from them for 2 months. I finally go up to "Quality" last night 4/24/24 and speak directly to a salesman who has write my information, which after all these calls should be on ever paper in that building, down and promises to put a replacement washer on the truck last night and head over to my house with that and swap them out if he can't fix the original one. I was contacted by this company, appointment scheduled, and within the week Tyler came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires.
