The fabric is an S fabric. I called them to find out how to clean it. Maxx recommended "Guardian soil and odor cleaner". They know the fabric. They SELL the cleaner. Maxx even showed me where to buy it on Amazon. Claim they use this to clean their Smith brother couches. I used the cleaner & it destroyed the fabric. The fine print on the bottle indicates "never to use on S fabric". When I pointed this out to the owner, she then lambasted me saying "it's not their problem because cleaning soiled furniture is not their business". She was extremely rude. I don't think I've ever been mistreated by a business as badly as this one. When I asked if Smith Brothers could repair the cushion, rather than being polite and stating that they could provide a new cover, if I was interested in buying one, she dealt with semantics saying that they don't repair couches. After quite a bit of very rude discussion I did find out that I could buy a replacement cover. Why she didn't offer this straight out is a testament to how horrific this business is. Do yourself a favor ...Stay away from this company

Delivery people very polite but unfortunately queen foundation would not fit down our stairs. So solution would be a split foundation for another $60 cost which they could bring back in the afternoon. But when they called back to store the manager said that there would be a $40 delivery charge. The issue was not their fault (or mine really as a I had no idea it wouldn't fit), I called and asked for no delivery fee, he said no. I spent over $500 and now another $60. End of story, no negotiation or seemingly care that I would not shop there again. I felt that for a small act of negotiation, they would have had more business from us but the manager was not interested in that point. I won't be back there again and I feel bad about that since they are locally owned. A small gesture would have gone a long way

    I have had previous bad experiences with ABC Warehouse, but I decided to give them another shot…read more Last February, I ordered a washer and dryer from them (this being the "another shot"). I was scheduled for delivery, left work, and they never showed up. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule at all. We rescheduled. I left work and waited. The driver called me from nearby to double-check that I actually wanted both an electric dryer and a gas dryer (which were the two items they had on the truck). Of course, that is not what I ordered, so they took both items back to the warehouse and rescheduled again. I left work and waited. I eventually called to ask where they were and they told me my appliances had already been delivered (on the day/time the driver called to ask if I wanted two dryers). Once I explained what happened (and they confirmed the situation as if I was just making it up to get another set), we rescheduled. Finally! I get my washer and dryer. It's been weeks, at this point. The washer didn't work from the moment it was plugged in. I called to let them know and they told me I had to go through the warranty company. I (very frustrated, already) called the warranty company. The agent I spoke to told me that is complete nonsense. They delivered a defective unit to me and I needed to call them back and demand a replacement. I did and they delivered a new one, with every person I spoke to along the way telling me how they were doing me a big favor...for replacing a defective unit they delivered to my house...RIDICULOUS! Well...here we are, just over a year later. The washer no longer locks or spins...and guess what? My warranty is up as well. I KNEW not to go back. I knew. Yet, I tried again. I am the queen of second (and third and fourth) chances. (That's why they didn't get a bad review a year ago.) Never again, though. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. I have not had a single good interaction with them. It CAN'T be just me.

He did not attempt to listen to a simple issue I was having and instead chose to bate me and make me seem like I was an idiot and upset me. Then he had the audacity to say to others at the store that he had dealt with me on a TV and that is why he treated me HORRIBLY. I have never had an issue with them in the past, and I have bought thousands of dollars' worth of items from them. Not just this, but I did not receive what I purchased. And they did not complete the installation as they stated they would. So, needless to say, my car started doesn't work correctly and they are unwilling to help!!

    BUYER BEWARE RUNYON'S FLOORING AND FURNITURE in MONROE, MI…read more I am proud to say that I grew up in Monroe County. I always urge people to work with small businesses especially when they are local. I have contemplated posting this for a long time, but if sharing helps prevent even 1 person from going through what I did then this post is worth it. It was a truly traumatizing and emotionally draining experience that we went through with Runyon's. This is what you should keep in mind if you choose to do business with them. 1. They were not approved vendors/installers of the product that they had on display. (Runyon's purchased it from another store when we specifically asked if they were approved). 2. They did not follow the manufacture's specifications or complete proper job site preparation. (Resulting in damaged flooring.) 3. They ignored our calls to them for help. (We had an inspection done to figure out the cause of damage). 4. They refused to honor their warranty. (Even after an NWFA inspection indicated they were at fault). 5. We tried to file an insurance claim on their business insurance. They did not carry the correct coverage for "their work." (I hope they corrected this). 6. The engineer report from the insurance company also indicated they were at fault. The claim was denied for lack of coverage. 7. Estimates to tear it out and fix the damage was twice as much as we initially paid. 8. They ignored us again, so we filed a credit card dispute to get our money back. 9. They called us names, screamed at us, told us to "shut up." 10. They called our work and personal phones numerous times. (Once the credit card took the money back from them for failure to resolve the damages). 11. Their threat/solution for us was to "come to rip the floor out and put it into their rental homes" but not to repair it or replace it. (Expecting to still be paid for this work). 12. You may have to take them to court. (Runyon's may threaten that this is your only option). 13. They will leave you with floors that look like the photos attached.... This is what we went through with them, in our new home, when I was pregnant. They didn't care about us until the money was taken back from them for failure to correct the issue. Once they did not have the money for their work, they took a very aggressive approach. I have photos, reports, and recordings to prove all the above statements, but I do not feel it is necessary to post currently. Some people may have had a good experience with them. Certain members of their staff are helpful/nice. The OWNERS were the people taking this approach. Overall, thinking about how they treated us and potentially other people in the future makes me sick. *Owner never paid the money owed from small claims court. Had to take additional action... still an ongoing and unresolved issue for nearly a year.

When I purchased my new home Tony worked with me told him my budget,and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I purchased almost 1400 square of new flooring. New furniture his staff was courteous and very efficient. They delivered everything put everything together. They beat all other big chains stores prices by a lot. I highly recommend them. Thankyou Once again Tony you and your staff knocked it out of the park once again.
