I was scheduled for delivery, left work, and they never showed up. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule at all. We rescheduled. I left work and waited. The driver called me from nearby to double-check that I actually wanted both an electric dryer and a gas dryer (which were the two items they had on the truck). Of course, that is not what I ordered, so they took both items back to the warehouse and rescheduled again. I left work and waited. I eventually called to ask where they were and they told me my appliances had already been delivered (on the day/time the driver called to ask if I wanted two dryers). Once I explained what happened (and they confirmed the situation as if I was just making it up to get another set), we rescheduled. Finally! I get my washer and dryer. It's been weeks, at this point. The washer didn't work from the moment it was plugged in. I called to let them know and they told me I had to go through the warranty company. I (very frustrated, already) called the warranty company. The agent I spoke to told me that is complete nonsense. They delivered a defective unit to me and I needed to call them back and demand a replacement. I did and they delivered a new one, with every person I spoke to along the way telling me how they were doing me a big favor...for replacing a defective unit they delivered to my house...RIDICULOUS! Well...here we are, just over a year later. The washer no longer locks or spins...and guess what? My warranty is up as well. I KNEW not to go back. I knew. Yet, I tried again. I am the queen of second (and third and fourth) chances. (That's why they didn't get a bad review a year ago.) Never again, though. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. I have not had a single good interaction with them. It CAN'T be just me.

Then he had the audacity to say to others at the store that he had dealt with me on a TV and that is why he treated me HORRIBLY. I have never had an issue with them in the past, and I have bought thousands of dollars' worth of items from them. Not just this, but I did not receive what I purchased. Mike Kelly was abusive on the phone and told me to get a lawyer. I have done just that. AC will now be responsible for all court costs and my attorney fees. You asked for it Mike. I won't be going away until you correct this defective fridge. Check the other negative reviews. It's been awhile since I have seen any business with so many bad reviews. AC wears them like a badge believing people will go away. Complaints have been made with the BBB and the Ohio State Attorney Generals' Office. The "price match guarantee" for 30 days post-sale is where my issue lies. Within 30 days post-sale, I found an advertised promotion at a different store that would provide an "instant" $100 off when purchasing a matching washer and dryer. I took screenshots and emailed to my sales representative in anticipation of receiving a $100 refund. Instead I was told that the other store was offering an instant "rebate" and that it wouldn't qualify as a price match. The promotion covered the exact models and colors of the w/d I had purchased. While my sales representative confirmed that the price adjustment didn't require the customer to send in any receipts- that the other store would process the "rebate," it didn't qualify for the price match guarantee because Appliance Center policy regarded it as a "rebate," albeit an "instant rebate." To me, it's a matter of semantics used by Appliance Center to avoid having to match the bottom line purchase price. I was told I could take it up with LG directly on my own. The whole thing about "price" vs "instant rebate" was very aggravating and energy-sapping. I don't believe Appliance Center recognizes its short-sighted approach to customer relationships, as its refusal to honor a $100 price difference (as I see it) left a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, leaving it to me to approach LG without my sales representative's support sent a message of disinterest. It was a disappointing end to what was otherwise a very good experience, so I've removed one star. I nevertheless believe a 4-star rating is fair based on my overall experience, but buyers beware....

We purchased a GE (white front) dishwasher, on August 8, 2025, that had a number of issues and had to be returned. Cory helped us locate a Whirlpool (white front) dishwasher and started the return process, on August 26, 2025. We had a number of problems (complete disaster) with the Delivery/Install Service (RAS Logistics). Caleb (front desk) Customer Service began dealing with them. Jackie (front desk) Customer Service took over and continued to help us by contacting the Delivery Co., making sure that our credit card was refunded, for the GE dishwasher and keeping us informed at all times.
