His pricing was really cheap (we expected it to cost a lot more than we paid - I actually wanted to give him more money) and it worked great and never leaked again after he fixed it. I've recommended Tim's to many people. I believe he retired and somebody else is running the business now, but I'm sure whoever he chose to run it will run it the same as he did. It's hard to find a good honest company these days, but I was very impressed with them!

He recommended a new furnace and gave me the option of getting one with 80% efficiency (what I had) or the 95% (I think). I turned the claim into insurance and my amount was almost enough for the 95%-er. Dylan came and did the new furnace in one day- so hassle. Very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely do business with them again for all my HVAC needs!

Troy quoted a price that was very fair. Joe and his team did the installation which required relocating the heat pump outside and the air handler in the basement. So it was a big job. They were very friendly, considerate and did a great job in less time than I expected. The system they recommended has been running for several months now, and has performed far beyond my hopes. Thank you so much. I recommend Mauder without hesitation.

I called service person number two said the same thing, except his estimate was over $7000. Thank heaven for Scott at TCS who said, "your filters are filthy; get yourself some new ones and call me if you still have a problem." As it turned out, the new filters did the trick. Thank you, Scott. $38 bucks later (I also bought a new carbon monoxide detector) my house is warm and 19-year-old furnace is humming.

Just needed a qualified electrician to hook it up. Tried several electricians in my area and they were not interested as they had never done such a job. Generators Plus also had never done such an install, but they were willing to try. That was very important, of course. During the install they were having difficulty getting the desired connectivity. Following much anguish & many discussions with Ford, Ford sent a new charging unit. So the brand new unit Ford had originally shipped me was defective. Most would not think a new device was defective, but Generators Plus was able to determine this. When the replacement charger was received, they had everything working well rather quickly. I was impressed that they were willing to do the job, they figured out that Ford had sent me a defective unit, and they were very polite, cleaned up their work and were just as friendly as could be.
