All returns were made within the 30-day window, in original condition and packaging, and we used the return label provided by Village Lighting. Now they're refusing to issue a full refund. Their reason? They "never received" the third light--even though their own return label directed it to Kichler and the postal service has confirmed delivery. This is deeply dishonest. They created the return label. They accepted the risk. And now they're trying to keep our money. To make matters worse, they've since removed their return policy from their website--but Google's AI Overview still lists it clearly: full refund within 30 days if the item is in original condition. We followed the rules. We followed their instructions. And now we're being penalized for their error. If this isn't resolved immediately, we'll escalate: bank dispute, USPS fraud report, and legal action. Village Lighting: Do the right thing. I called ahead to ask if they could supply me with a couple of light bulb adapters. When I described exactly what I wanted (to fit an E14 base into an E17 socket, male bulb base into female adapter to go into the appliance socket) the lady who answered the phone seemed to suggest that I could get something like that there. But when I went there today, the man working behind the counter looked up the adapter configuration I was after, and told me that they didn't carry them. Not even for special order? OK, back home, to buy the one I saw on Amazon. I tried to shop local with this one, but the trip wasn't totally worthless, because I was able to do some Christmas shopping at nearby PTO Thrift Store and Re-Use Center. That made up for my disappointment.
