They were able to clean my down properly, came back without the stains, fluffed and smelling nice. Pricing was fair considering prices overall now with inflation. I've brought several things here over the course of the past three years. I've been happy with the…read moreresults every time except for once. One time they ironed my pants completely the wrong way and I'm still trying to get them back to how they were. The pants have pleats down the middle of the legs. They did not iron them that way. I ironed them properly, but the legs still fit kinda weird.... The reason why I won't be back anymore is because their prices have become extremely high. I can no longer afford to bring my dry cleaning to them regularly. One work blouse and two pairs of work slacks cost $27.10 to dry clean, with a turnaround time of 5-6 business days. To me, that isn't a good deal. Especially because now I need to check pants before I take them, because I will not have that happen again, especially for that price! They do have a drive through drop off/pick up which is awesome.

But I deal. c: They're being very good at wearing a mask, and making sure that others do. d: A previous reviewer complained about a man who is potentially cognitively delayed that comes in with his mom. I know who she is talking about. He's fine. He doesn't misbehave. He doesn't do anything other than hang with his mom. For someone to complain about him staring is kind of silly, and I hope this reviewer never has a child with a delay. I honestly wouldn't worry about this family. Price Range: One row of Maytags run about 2.75 Two rows of Super Huge 6.00 these are good for comforters The next size down I believe there's two rows, those are 5.00 The next size down is the double loaders and those are I think 3.00 The next size down I believe is 2.00. The Maytags spin out really well. The staff is very quick to keep things clean. I will say that some of the machines sometimes need to be fiddled with at the coin slot. If mine has gone in but not registered, I'll give it a smack a couple times and it goes in. The Maytag works the best.

I went to this facility today and although it was the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to, and…read morethe machines are new, I'm not so sure I will ever go back. However, after calling to voice my complaint, I will not be going back on Tuesdays and recommend you don't either. My dryer died, so I washed 4 loads of laundry @ home and took them here to dry. (I usually go to Saline if I need a laundromat). I placed my clothing for a family of 7 in 2 large dryers. There was a man there that, I know now was with his mom and has a mental diability, but he stared at me and a few other women customers and paced through the building. I left briefly to run to the grocery store. When I returned, my clothes were dry so I began folding them and the same man continued the staring and pacing and never took his eyes off of me. I am a 43 year old woman that doesn't get freaked out about much, but I have never felt so uncomfortable and creeped out, almost violated. At times he was 3 ft. away from me just standing still and staring. The employee that answered the phone did apologize. I told her I wish I would have said something while I was there. She told me the mans name and said he comes there every Tuesdays with his mom and if you ask him to leave you alone, he will. I have 4 kids and 3 step-kids and if they were misbehaving in public I would control the situation. This was completely unacceptable. If I were the business owner knowing that this man comes every Tuesday, I would inform his mother that he needs to sit and not walk around creeping out the customers. That's all.

Yesterday, I visited the Toledo, OH Franklin Park Mall Apple Store for the second time in…read moreapproximately two weeks. I have been there many times over the years with very positive experiences. The first recent visit two weeks ago was an attempt to update my mom's Apple Watch because fall detection was no longer working and the "automatic update" had not updated and I couldn't figure out how to manually update it. While everyone was nice during that visit, I was passed off to various staff members and ultimately needed to leave the store because the update was expected to take more than three hours and they would be closing before the very slow process could be completed. When I arrived home, I followed directions to continue the update process, but it was repeatedly unsuccessful. I decided it was time to buy my mom a new watch - the newest SE 40" face model- and not have to deal with trying to salvage a watch that was beyond its prime. I also decided to go to the Apple Store during the day on a weekday. Alissa was the team member assigned to me and she immediately took an interest in understanding why the fall detection feature was important. She was also very patient as we tried various passwords. It would have been a more stressful process without Alissa right there next to me with her understanding encouragement. Throughout this process of turning in the old watch (btw, received a credit of $55) and purchasing the new one, she never pressured me in any way. Alissa spent approximately one hour solely dedicated to getting the new watch set up, which included several calls to my mom to obtain a code that was generated to her phone at home). . Throughout it all, she was patient, helpful and good-natured. I left feeling that she cared about my experience and in setting up the cellular watch with ringtone and my mom's watch face preferences. Alissa is a very sincere, knowledgeable and dedicated team member who clearly takes pride in her ability to help others in her role at the Apple Store. Thank you Alissa! You're the best!!! P.S. The new SE watch also includes an extra fast charger along with a watch band.

Two separate failures here before I ever got to move a single box in…read more First, their website lists "property hours" as 6AM-10PM with zero indication that this only refers to gate/unit access -- the office itself is staffed a tiny fraction of that window (weekends especially). I found this out the hard way after packing up and driving over expecting help, only to find the office closed with no signage clarifying the difference. When I called to complain, an escalation specialist admitted on the phone that the listing was misleading and promised it would be corrected. Weeks later, it still isn't. Second -- and this is the bigger issue -- I rescheduled my move-in date through their own system and received written email confirmation that the change went through. When I logged in on the actual move-in day to finish the process, the reservation had been silently cancelled. No email, no call, no explanation. Just gone. If you're comparing storage places, keep looking. A company that can't keep a confirmed reservation on the books, and can't fix a known misleading listing after admitting it's wrong, isn't one I'd trust with my stuff.
