This beautiful lady then was so passionate to not charge me because it was a flag for his country service I had to pay her. Please support these people. I needed it done before I went on vacation and when I went to pick it up on the date they said it would be ready and they said it wasn't ready yet and they didn't even start on it yet and told me to check back the next day and they should have it done, I came back the next day they STILL didn't have it done and I was leaving for vacation the next day. They rush ordered it to get it done in an hour. I asked for a discount because of how late they were running and they said the best they could do was .50cents even though they caused a lot of stress over me trying to get my suit jacket on time. This kind of display showed me that they really do not care about the customer cause even after they said it would be done next day, they still didn't even care to start on it. I will not go here again there are better places to go. *EDITED* so the Business owner contacted me and he was very courteous and is going to re-imbues me the money for my alterations. I love when people do communicate back because it shows they care. Sometimes it takes the top people to show you that they actually do care and support their customers.

I will gladly never do business with them again. I was one of five people who was told their stuff Was not ready and needed to come back. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go to a different dry cleaning company who takes customer service seriously.

I took my mother-of-the-groom dress to be altered/hemmed. The alteration was so completely botched that I refused to accept. It could not be repaired because it would have been too short. I was forced to purchase another dress. in the meantime, I presented the receipt, along with the ruined dress. instead of giving me a refund, he returned my dress to Macy's, pretending to be me. Note: Macy's policy is to not accept altered returns. He had Macy's credit my credit card and signed my name! Is this fraud?when I called to inquire about my refund, not realizing what he had done, they informed me it had been credited to my CC account. I asked Rob Plassman where my return receipt was. His response, "I shredded it". I gave him a chance to remedy this issue, but he refused my certified letter. I called to give him one last chance before I posted this to apologize and explain....
