They were able to clean my down properly, came back without the stains, fluffed and smelling nice. Pricing was fair considering prices overall now with inflation. I needed it done before I went on vacation and when I went to pick it up on the date they said it would be ready and they said it wasn't ready yet and they didn't even start on it yet and told me to check back the next day and they should have it done, I came back the next day they STILL didn't have it done and I was leaving for vacation the next day. They rush ordered it to get it done in an hour. I asked for a discount because of how late they were running and they said the best they could do was .50cents even though they caused a lot of stress over me trying to get my suit jacket on time. This kind of display showed me that they really do not care about the customer cause even after they said it would be done next day, they still didn't even care to start on it. I will not go here again there are better places to go. *EDITED* so the Business owner contacted me and he was very courteous and is going to re-imbues me the money for my alterations. I love when people do communicate back because it shows they care. Sometimes it takes the top people to show you that they actually do care and support their customers.

If you're dry cleaning a uniform for them, make sure you let them know it's a uniform so that they'll give you the discount. I think they do the half off days as well. I can't remember if it's Wednesday or tuesday. But I've been given that deal as well. Anyways, every time I need to get my dry cleaning done, I always come here. Customer service is always pleasant. Everybody here is so nice to talk to and they're always on their A-game. Even though they're not the closest proximity to my home, I always drive to them because of brand loyalty. Plus they really go above and beyond. Their drop off area might not be the prettiest or the most updated, but their service is definitely on point. When the lady behind the counter says, "I'm gonna need to keep your tie for another day. I'm still working on a stain." That means they do care about your garments.
