Instead of handling the situation calmly, she escalated it, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In addition, there were several individuals hanging around outside who appeared intoxicated, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel clean, professional, or customer-friendly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

Was called "sweetie" by management and told i had to wait until the owner decides to show up and make a judgement call on how to correct the situation. No one knows when said owner will appear at this location. Meanwhile I'm mandated to dress professionally for work with my leadership doing daily spot checks or risk job loss but this cleaners ruined over $120 worth of my work clothes and literally can't tell me when or how they intend on making me whole. I can't afford to buy new garments right now. I've never heard of business being handled in this matter but I guess this is how you communicate and rectify issues in 2025. There's a second pocket on the bag that they can mimic. They assured me they could do it. Instead, the stitching was off center, was single instead of double, and for some reason extended past the actual pocket. If I wanted it done this poorly, I would have done it myself. I should have just shipped it to Italy and paid the premium. My bag is now devalued. I pointed out the issues - and they still made me pay for it!! Don't get alterations here.
