There's a second pocket on the bag that they can mimic. They assured me they could do it. Instead, the stitching was off center, was single instead of double, and for some reason extended past the actual pocket. If I wanted it done this poorly, I would have done it myself. I should have just shipped it to Italy and paid the premium. My bag is now devalued. I pointed out the issues - and they still made me pay for it!! Don't get alterations here.

I needed it done before I went on vacation and when I went to pick it up on the date they said it would be ready and they said it wasn't ready yet and they didn't even start on it yet and told me to check back the next day and they should have it done, I came back the next day they STILL didn't have it done and I was leaving for vacation the next day. They rush ordered it to get it done in an hour. I asked for a discount because of how late they were running and they said the best they could do was .50cents even though they caused a lot of stress over me trying to get my suit jacket on time. This kind of display showed me that they really do not care about the customer cause even after they said it would be done next day, they still didn't even care to start on it. I will not go here again there are better places to go. *EDITED* so the Business owner contacted me and he was very courteous and is going to re-imbues me the money for my alterations. I love when people do communicate back because it shows they care. Sometimes it takes the top people to show you that they actually do care and support their customers.

They are a bit more on the pricey side compared to most cleaners, but they definitely get the clothes clean and pressed right. The only issue I have is that they launder the shirts rather than dry cleaning them and this causes the collars to start wearing. You have to request them to be dry cleaned and they end up being $4/shirt when you have them dry cleaned not laundered.
