I decided I wanted to wear it to church tomorrow so I took it to the cleaners. I went today to pick it up and they destroyed it. It was a beautiful navy blue. It looks like they threw it in the washing machine and faded it. The color is gone the fabric looks old and worn and the press job I could have done better on my ironing board. I am so hurt. I am so tired of these cleaners destroying my clothes because they don't know what their doing and then she tells me "it was not blue it was black" as if I don't know my own clothes! I brought a Prada backpack in and asked to have the front pocket stitched because it had a tear. I…read moreasked them to match the stitching because it's an authentic bag. There's a second pocket on the bag that they can mimic. They assured me they could do it. Instead, the stitching was off center, was single instead of double, and for some reason extended past the actual pocket. If I wanted it done this poorly, I would have done it myself. I should have just shipped it to Italy and paid the premium. My bag is now devalued. I pointed out the issues - and they still made me pay for it!! Don't get alterations here.

The ladies behind the counter are always very friendly and happy to fulfill any cleaning requests you have for your garments. They are a bit more on the pricey side compared to most cleaners, but they definitely get the clothes clean and pressed right. The only issue I have is that they launder the shirts rather than dry cleaning them and this causes the collars to start wearing. You have to request them to be dry cleaned and they end up being $4/shirt when you have them dry cleaned not laundered.
