There's a second pocket on the bag that they can mimic. They assured me they could do it. Instead, the stitching was off center, was single instead of double, and for some reason extended past the actual pocket. If I wanted it done this poorly, I would have done it myself. I should have just shipped it to Italy and paid the premium. My bag is now devalued. I pointed out the issues - and they still made me pay for it!! Don't get alterations here.

The only issue I have is that they launder the shirts rather than dry cleaning them and this causes the collars to start wearing. You have to request them to be dry cleaned and they end up being $4/shirt when you have them dry cleaned not laundered.
