My daughter's satin dress was full of stains and they got everyone out! Then when I went to pick up my clothes the lady mentioned that she found money, $100 in the suit pocket. She gave back the $100 and when I tried to give her a $20 tip for her honesty, she refused to take it. I told her that she has my word that I will back for all my dry cleaning. As to why anyone would wash custom drapery in a washing machine I'll never understand. Especially someone with the knowledge and experience of dry cleaning. Up until this point I had been a repeat and loyal customer for roughly 14yrs and only had good things to say. I made every attempt to speak with the owner in an effort to resolve the situation and replace my curtains however, they never returned a call and made it clear they were not interested in accommodating me in any way. Thus, leaving no other option except to take them to court. Quite frankly, it doesn't do anything to help small businesses or those that try to help small business succeed. It's truly a shame that those you try to help only care about helping themselves and screwing everyone else over. I would definitely think twice before taking ANYTHING to this cleaners.

Also can't use the washer now while waiting on maintenance to fix/get a new one ordered etc and it's way too many loads to do at a friend's or family member's. Enter, the laundromat. So looked up this place and it got the best reviews in my area and I had a very pleasant experience here. It was clean, staff was pleasant, and machines worked well. I will say that they posted that they were having an issue with their hot water lines so some of their machines were cold water only on the cycles but they were clearly labeled and had plenty of signs explaining what was going on and that they were working on it. Here was the price break down: Top loaders: 3.75 Front loaders: 6.75 + 1.00 extra for "super rinse" Dryers: .25 for 5 min any temp Mega loaders - not sure, just said "Time left" and a slot for quarters Soap Center - 1.50 each There's a kid's area, a snack machine, change machines take 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, and an ATM. Also a couple of arcade games. Staff does not have change but they do offer a wash and fold service on site if interested.
