Just picked up cleaning. As I was hanging up my clothing, I noticed they applied a bar code sticker that I can not remove! I never consented to this or that they were allowed to add this bar code/sticker to my my clothing. I feel violated and will never use this dry cleaner. read more

I dropped my custom made curtains from JC Penny's off to get dry cleaned and they actually laundered them instead. As to why anyone would wash custom drapery in a washing machine I'll never understand. Especially someone with the knowledge and experience of dry cleaning. Up until this point I had been a repeat and loyal customer for roughly 14yrs and only had good things to say. I made every attempt to speak with the owner in an effort to resolve the situation and replace my curtains however, they never returned a call and made it clear they were not interested in accommodating me in any way. Thus, leaving no other option except to take them to court. Quite frankly, it doesn't do anything to help small businesses or those that try to help small business succeed. It's truly a shame that those you try to help only care about helping themselves and screwing everyone else over. I would definitely think twice before taking ANYTHING to this cleaners. read more

My new obsession! I love getting my shirts laundered. Haven't had any issues, and staff is always friendly.

WARNING take your clothes to another $2.50 cleaners because once you've dropped off your expensive or modestly price clothing you probably won't get them back! That's what happen to us and you can forget about the owners (Manny & his wife) calling you back. All the employees do is give you the run around and the owners never called back. They lost one dress shirt (Hugo Boss $165); first they tried to give us another customer's Tommy Hilfiger shirt, that we didn't take because number it didn't belong to us and second it was another customer's shirt! And then offered $70 for the brand new shirt (only worn once). They're are going to eventually paid for the shirt or be sued. It's a matter of principle now, because the owner will not call back after several attempts to resolve the issue of the missing Hugo Boss shirt. These are new owners of this existing cleaners and dedicated customers. You've been Warned!!! Take your clothes there at your own Risk!!!! Really poor service. Dropped shirt off to be cleaned. Came back with yellow spots all over front. Clerk agreed that it was done by their process. I had to call the owner, I have left 7 messages over 3 weeks and no response. I have used them for 6 years and shirts have come back poorly ironed, buttons broken and I let it pass because it was convenient to my home. No more, there are plenty of options in the area. Very poor services, I left a jacket and big stole along with other clothes. Inside of woolen jacket still had chalk and water stains after dry cleaning My stole was not ironed I will not do any business with them again. Donot recommend it to anyone read more

Gills cleaner advertises $2.50 dry cleaning. The price drew me in however my wife's Burberry trench coat did not come back in the condition it was turned in. They destroyed the buckle of the trench coat and one employee there tried to blame my wife for the broken buckle. This place is a drop store so all the cleaning is done offsite. They didn't even inspect the clothing and tried to return it as if there was nothing wrong with it. FYI this place does not read cleaning instructions on the clothing you turn in so beware if you need special care. The owner of the place said she will fix the buckle. It took over a week and when we got it back it was replaced with a cheap plastic buckle and not the nice leather buckle that was there originally. read more

WARNING! ! They keep losing my clothes! They don't even offer any apologies or reimburse you for the loss.

I won't be going back to this place anymore, they damaged a button on my shirt during the pressing process, when I took the shirt back to get it fixed they charged me $4.50 to fix damage that they caused. The clerk didn't seem to care when I explained that I didn't think I should be charged for damage that they caused, and due to their uncaring nature I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Terrible business practices. I brought my daughter's homecoming dress in to be cleaned and had to wait quite a while as another customer was asking that the manager call her because she was so unhappy with her last service. That should have sent me running, but I thought the lady was just giving the employee a rough ride. Nope. I showed up to pick up the dress today and was informed that the cost would be twice as much as I was billed in the first place. What?? The woman then told me that she had tried to call me, but the number didn't work. Seriously? The number to my landline? I told her that was shocking to me since no one else has ever had a problem calling it. She then told me that my phone just rang then beeped and hung up. Funny how everyone else can get the answering machine... She then tried to sell me on how great they did because, "look! none of the stones came off." That must be a rare occurrence. Whatever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have lost my down comfort. It's been three weeks with no resolution. Been there twice, called three times with no resolution.
