When I went back to have the hem lowered, the woman insisted I put the pants on, still in my sandals instead of just doing what I asked which was for a 34" inseem. We had a conversation about how long I've been a client and I asked how Mia is since she sold the business. Nina was able to take in my mother's dress perfectly and even redid all the beading in the back and shoulders BY HAND to make everything look seamless!
