Amy was in charge of helping us, and she was absolutely wonderful. She had the dress I had requested ahead of time pulled and ready in the dressing room. She also thoughtfully pulled a bunch of alternative styles for my consideration. She was super friendly and sweet and made the entire process so enjoyable. I ended up getting my dress that day (they gave a 10% discount since it was a sample - which was awesome) and so did my mom! I definitely wasn't expecting both of us to have success, but the selection was great and the staff made us feel so comfortable and confident. My mom's dress needs alterations, and they actually had the seamstress available to consult about what would be done. It helped ease my mom's mind and I feel happy knowing she will be in good hands for that when the time comes. I definitely recommend B Ella Bridal and appreciate all they did for us that day :)

We found our bridesmaid dresses so quickly here. They have an amazing selection and were incredibly attentive all along the way. I live out of town so you could imagine it would have added some snags to measurements and ordering but everything ran so smoothly. They even let me charge my phone and bring in champagne to share while we found "the dress." I couldn't have been happier. Flash forward to picking up my dress. There were so many issues with bunching, crooked seams, and seriously small arm holes and uneven sleeve/straps. Upon addressing these concerns, I was told they weren't fixable and perhaps to use double sided tape and wear a bra (mind you neither of those would be a valid solution to the issues). I proceeded to take it to another alterations place who had to rush fix everything, as well as undo what they called "the shortcuts" she took when altering the dress originally. So as much as I'd love to recommend this salon 100% based on them alone. DO NOT have your alterations done there... even the bride in our group had to have her dress fixed.

They had a very poor selection for us to choose from and we felt rushed when we wanted to look at the dresses ourselves. This is why I did not want to state the colors I was considering because then that is what was going to be hard targeted. It would have been nice to be given space to breathe and look around. The experience was 2 stars but I bumped the rating up to 3 because we did find dresses here despite feeling pushed. Another problem was that they never called us when the dresses came in. I just happened to have a bridesmaid that came in a couple months later because she could not do the original date and the dresses were there! It never felt like she was trying to upsell me and was incredibly transparent over what certain accessories should cost and where I could look to find them. She quoted me an incredibly affordable price that was way under what others had quoted me (*cough David's Bridal cough*). She did excellent work, and the day of, I felt amazing in my wedding dress. Angie also worked with my Mom to alter her Mother of the Bride dress. My Mom was having a tough time finding a dress that she liked and suited her.
